【摘要】：大學(xué)文化持續(xù)而深入地影響著大學(xué)的教育教學(xué),作為大學(xué)課程形態(tài)的開(kāi)放教育資源必然受到大學(xué)文化的影響。管理文化體現(xiàn)了大學(xué)成員的需求和期望,反映了大學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的個(gè)人風(fēng)格,對(duì)大學(xué)不同層級(jí)維度的決策和行動(dòng)產(chǎn)生根本性的影響。在管理文化的作用下,開(kāi)放教育資源成為推進(jìn)大學(xué)績(jī)效管理和取得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的重要媒介,而管理文化的控制功能也通過(guò)開(kāi)放教育資源在大學(xué)組織學(xué)習(xí)中得以彰顯。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),萊斯大學(xué)以其嚴(yán)格和高水平的課程教學(xué)聞名于世,而開(kāi)放教育資源項(xiàng)目更是嚴(yán)格貫徹質(zhì)量管理理念和質(zhì)量管理計(jì)劃,反映了其顯著而獨(dú)特的管理文化。
[Abstract]:The university culture continuously and deeply affects the university education and teaching, as the university curriculum form, the open education resource is bound to be influenced by the university culture. Management culture reflects the needs and expectations of university members, reflects the personal style of university leaders, and has a fundamental impact on decision-making and action in different levels of the university. Under the role of management culture, open educational resources become an important medium to promote university performance management and obtain competitive advantage, and the control function of management culture is also demonstrated through open educational resources in university organizational learning. Rice University has long been famous for its strict and high level of curriculum teaching, and the Open Educational Resources Project has been strictly carrying out the concept of quality management and quality management plan, which reflects its remarkable and unique management culture.
