【摘要】：目的了解廣州市城區(qū)7~11歲參加興趣班的兒童心理行為現(xiàn)況,為兒童興趣班的心理健康教育提供參考依據(jù)。方法采用整群隨機(jī)抽樣的方法,應(yīng)用Achenbach兒童行為量表(CBCL)和自編問(wèn)卷對(duì)廣州市城區(qū)590名7~11歲兒童進(jìn)行評(píng)定。結(jié)果女童興趣班參加率(89.3%)高于男童(83.3%)(P0.05);男、女兒童參與興趣班種類(lèi)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01),男童興趣班種類(lèi)偏向益智班和體育班,女童則偏向音樂(lè)班和才藝班;對(duì)興趣班持積極主動(dòng)態(tài)度的比例女童(86.7%)高于男童(74.7%)(P0.01);選擇興趣班由父母結(jié)合孩子意見(jiàn)決定的比例女童(97.9)高于男童(92.9%)(P0.01);46.6%的兒童0.5 a內(nèi)上興趣班費(fèi)用超過(guò)3 000元。興趣班男童的總行為問(wèn)題及各個(gè)因子異常率與非興趣班男童相比,差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05);興趣班女童的總行為問(wèn)題及分裂強(qiáng)迫、多動(dòng)、違紀(jì)、攻擊性、殘忍因子異常率均低于非興趣班女童(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論參加0.5 a以上興趣班對(duì)兒童的身心健康未產(chǎn)生不利影響,參加興趣班女童的心理行為相對(duì)較好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the psychological and behavioral status of children aged 7 to 11 years old in interest classes in Guangzhou, and to provide reference basis for mental health education of children in interest classes. Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to evaluate 590 children aged 711 years old in urban area of Guangzhou with Achenbach Children behavior scale (CBCLL) and self-made questionnaire. Results the participation rate of girls in interest classes was higher than that of boys (83.3%), and that of male and female children was significantly different from that of boys (P 0.01), the types of boys' interest classes were inclined to educational classes and physical education classes, while girls' preference was to music classes and talent classes. The proportion of girls with active attitude towards interest classes (86.7m) was higher than that of boys (74.7%), and the proportion of girls who chose interest classes was decided by parents combined with children's opinions (97.9%) was higher than that of boys (92.9%) and 46.6% (46.6%). The cost of attending interest classes within 0.5 a was more than 3,000 yuan. There was no significant difference in the total behavioral problems and the abnormal rate of various factors between the boys of interest class and those of non-interest class boys (P = 0.05), and the total behavior problems and splitting, obsessive, hyperactivity, discipline violation and aggression of girls in interest classes. The abnormal rate of cruel factor was lower than that of non-interest class girls (P < 0.05). Conclusion participation in interest classes for more than 0.5 a has no adverse effect on children's physical and mental health, and girls' psychological behavior is relatively good.
