【摘要】：近年來,大學(xué)生的心理健康問題引起了全社會(huì)的關(guān)注,尤其是一些心理危機(jī)引發(fā)的惡性事件,受到各級(jí)部門高度的重視。面對(duì)日益突顯的大學(xué)生心理問題,目前許多高�；蛟O(shè)立“心理健康教育中心”或“心理咨詢中心”,同時(shí)也對(duì)其他相關(guān)部門提出要求。高校普片建立了“危機(jī)預(yù)防與危機(jī)干預(yù)”的機(jī)制。當(dāng)前民辦高校是高等教育的一部分,上海建橋?qū)W院是上海地區(qū)首屈一指的民辦高校,對(duì)危機(jī)預(yù)防和危機(jī)干預(yù)工作非常重視。為完善上海建橋?qū)W院危機(jī)干預(yù)的工作,筆者對(duì)上海建橋?qū)W院危機(jī)干預(yù)進(jìn)行研究。主要采用訪談法,深入到一線。在查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,力圖通過對(duì)上海建橋?qū)W院大學(xué)生心理危機(jī)干預(yù)體系的實(shí)施過程進(jìn)行梳理,分析上海建橋?qū)W院心理危機(jī)干預(yù)體系的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,并結(jié)合工作的實(shí)踐,對(duì)目前上海建橋?qū)W院的危機(jī)干預(yù)體系及其運(yùn)行機(jī)制提出建議。為上海建橋?qū)W院大學(xué)生心理危機(jī)干預(yù)工作的發(fā)展提供有價(jià)值的參考性意見。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the psychological health of college students has attracted the attention of the whole society, especially some vicious events caused by psychological crisis, which are highly valued by all levels of departments.Facing the increasingly prominent psychological problems of college students, many colleges and universities have set up "mental health education centers" or "psychological counseling centers", and at the same time request other relevant departments.The mechanism of crisis prevention and crisis intervention has been established in colleges and universities.At present, private colleges and universities are a part of higher education, and Shanghai Jianqiao University is the leading private university in Shanghai, which attaches great importance to crisis prevention and crisis intervention.In order to perfect the crisis intervention of Shanghai Bridge Building College, the author studied the crisis intervention of Shanghai Bridge Building College.Mainly use interview method, go deep into the front line.On the basis of consulting relevant literature, this paper tries to analyze the current situation and existing problems of the psychological crisis intervention system of Shanghai Jianqiao University by combing the implementation process of the psychological crisis intervention system of Shanghai Jianqiao University.Combined with the practice of the work, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the crisis intervention system and its operating mechanism of Shanghai Bridge Building College.To provide valuable advice for the development of psychological crisis intervention in Shanghai Construction Bridge College.
