【摘要】：正新年伊始,教育部出臺了《關(guān)于進一步做好小學(xué)升入初中免試就近入學(xué)工作的實施意見》(以下簡稱《意見》),提出了合理"劃片"、減少特長招生、做好隨遷子女就學(xué)等"小升初新政"。正如媒體評價說,《意見》是助推教育公平的"良策",也是讓弱勢群體看到希望的"善政"。但好事還要辦好,如何使老百姓真正受惠、由衷"點贊",考驗著從教育行政部門到學(xué)校的實踐智慧。
