【摘要】：結(jié)合期望確認(rèn)模型與計(jì)劃行為理論,構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲中個(gè)體持續(xù)行為意向理論模型,分析初始行為變量、過程變量、持續(xù)行為變量及之間的效應(yīng)關(guān)系,用結(jié)構(gòu)方差模型對理論模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:沉浸體驗(yàn)、心理需要、服務(wù)質(zhì)量等是玩家滿意度的主要因素,同時(shí)也是玩家持續(xù)行為意向的間接影響因素,而時(shí)間限制則是其負(fù)影響因素;同時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn),模型中自我效能感并不與持續(xù)行為意向具有顯著性正相關(guān)。基于此,對教育游戲設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行反思。
[Abstract]:Based on expectation confirmation model and plan behavior theory, this paper constructs the theory model of individual sustained behavior intention in online games, and analyzes the initial behavior variables, process variables, persistent behavior variables and their effect relationships. The results show that immersion experience, psychological needs, service quality and so on are the main factors of player satisfaction, but also the indirect influence factors of player's intention of sustained behavior. Time limitation is the negative factor, and it is found that the self-efficacy in the model has no significant positive correlation with the intention of persistent behavior. Based on this, we reflect on the related problems in the design of educational games.
