【摘要】：隨遷農(nóng)民工子女在實(shí)際升學(xué)過(guò)程中不得不面對(duì)各種人為設(shè)置的"門檻",陷入難以克服的升學(xué)困境。其面臨困境的根源在于基于戶籍制度的升學(xué)考試體制的不公正,而教育資源不足及配置方式不合理是主要原因,農(nóng)民工家庭所處的弱勢(shì)地位則是重要原因。要解決隨遷農(nóng)民工子女在流入地升學(xué)的問(wèn)題,必須做到:改革升學(xué)考試制度,建立公平的教育規(guī)則;樹立公平發(fā)展理念,合理配置教育資源;明確責(zé)任,切實(shí)貫徹落實(shí)和進(jìn)一步完善隨遷農(nóng)民工子女的升學(xué)政策。
[Abstract]:The children of migrant workers have to face a variety of artificial "threshold" in the actual process of further education. The root of the dilemma lies in the injustice of the entrance examination system based on the household registration system, and the lack of educational resources and unreasonable allocation are the main reasons. The weak position of peasant workers' families is the important reason. In order to solve the problem of migrant workers' children entering the school, we must reform the entrance examination system and establish fair educational rules; To set up the concept of fair development and to allocate educational resources rationally; Clear responsibility, implement and further improve the policy of children of migrant workers.
