【摘要】:正一般而言,衡量一個國家和民族在某一個時代的教育水平往往通過受教育者達成的基本素質(zhì)和創(chuàng)造力來判識,這一鑒別的過程和結(jié)果也從另一個角度驗示其國民受教育偏離的程度。對受教育者所達成的基本素質(zhì)和創(chuàng)造力的表現(xiàn)有許多復雜的要素,其核心表征當屬語言文化與數(shù)學的習得、傳承與創(chuàng)新,原因有二:一是受教育者個體及群體的基本素養(yǎng)以及社會人文與理性由此發(fā)端而衍生;二是如同哲學家所言,語言文化和數(shù)學是科學創(chuàng)造的一對翅膀。任何國家民族在任何時代的科學探求以語言文化和數(shù)
[Abstract]:Generally speaking, the level of education of a country and a nation in a certain era is often judged by the basic qualities and creativity achieved by the educated. The process and result of this discrimination also shows the degree of educational deviation of its people from another angle. There are many complicated elements to the basic quality and creativity of the educated. Its core representation should be the acquisition, inheritance and innovation of language, culture and mathematics for two reasons: first, the basic accomplishment of the educated individuals and groups, and the emergence of social humanities and rationality; Second, as philosophers have said, language culture and mathematics are two wings of scientific creation.
