【摘要】：實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)是促進(jìn)教育技術(shù)學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)人才實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的重要途徑。通過(guò)明確軍事教育技術(shù)實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)涵,對(duì)教育技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)人員實(shí)踐能力的軍隊(duì)需求展開(kāi)調(diào)查研究,編制了"教育技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)人員實(shí)踐能力軍隊(duì)需求調(diào)查問(wèn)卷",并進(jìn)行了因素分析與信效度檢驗(yàn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,創(chuàng)建了"五類(lèi)型、三層次"的軍事教育技術(shù)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)內(nèi)容體系,促進(jìn)了軍事教育技術(shù)人員實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Experimental teaching is an important way to promote the cultivation of practical innovation ability of talents majoring in education technology. By clarifying the connotation of the military educational technology practice innovation project, the military needs of the practical ability of the educational technology professionals are investigated and studied, and the military demand questionnaire for the practical ability of the educational technology professionals is compiled. Factor analysis and reliability and validity test were carried out. On this basis, a "five types, three levels" experimental teaching content system of military education technology is established, which promotes the cultivation of practical innovation ability of military education technicians.
