【摘要】：80后教師權(quán)力策略的代際特征主要表現(xiàn)為追求平等的合作策略,注重情感的溝通策略,彰顯個(gè)性魅力的感召策略,另類偏激但又純粹透明的管理策略。80后教師的權(quán)力策略與其先賦身份和自致身份都有著千絲萬(wàn)縷的聯(lián)系,權(quán)力策略的選擇更多的以感召權(quán)力為主。
[Abstract]:The intergenerational characteristics of the post-80s teachers' power strategy are mainly characterized by the pursuit of equal cooperation strategy, the emotional communication strategy, and the appeal strategy of personality charm. The power strategy of post-80s teachers is closely related to their first identity and self-identity, and the choice of power strategy is more to call the power.
