【摘要】:隨著教育改革的深化,素質(zhì)教育正逐步得到貫徹和落實(shí)!耙匀藶楸尽,關(guān)注學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展,成為教育的主要理念。良好的心理素質(zhì)是人的素質(zhì)的重要組成部分。作為提高小學(xué)生心理素質(zhì)為目標(biāo)的小學(xué)心理健康教育,不僅是小學(xué)素質(zhì)教育的必要組成部分,而且是現(xiàn)代教育應(yīng)有的內(nèi)涵之一。小學(xué)生正處在身心發(fā)展迅速、個(gè)性特征易于塑造的時(shí)期,要培養(yǎng)社會(huì)所需的心理健全的高素質(zhì)人才,最高效、最科學(xué)的途徑就是在中小學(xué)階段就引導(dǎo)學(xué)生的個(gè)性心理朝著正確的方向發(fā)展和完善。因此,中小學(xué)心理健康教育就成為現(xiàn)代教育中必要而且重要的課題。 本研究分四部分,第一部分為問題是提出,主要闡述了問題相關(guān)研究的文獻(xiàn)綜述,以及本研究的理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。第二部分是對(duì)小學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)心理健康基本理論的探討,主要包括小學(xué)生心理健康教育的涵義標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及存在的問題,并分析了影響小學(xué)生心里健康的因素。第三部分是調(diào)查研究報(bào)告,對(duì)烏海市一所小學(xué)四到六年級(jí)的402名學(xué)生進(jìn)行心理健康問卷(MHT)和自設(shè)問卷調(diào)查,并對(duì)問卷進(jìn)行定量分析。第四部分針對(duì)烏海市小學(xué)生存在的主要心理問題提出具體的措施和建議,,以其能為有效開展烏海市小學(xué)生心理健康教育提供科學(xué)的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of educational reform, quality-oriented education is gradually being carried out and carried out. "People-oriented" pays attention to the all-round development of students. Good psychological quality is an important part of people's quality. As the goal of improving primary school students' psychological quality, primary school mental health education is not only a necessary part of primary school quality education. It is also one of the connotations of modern education. Pupils are in a period of rapid physical and mental development and easy shaping of their personality. The most scientific way is to guide the students' personality psychology to develop and perfect in the middle and primary school stage. Therefore, the mental health education in primary and middle schools has become a necessary and important subject in modern education. This research is divided into four parts, the first part is the question is raised, mainly elaborated the question related research literature review, as well as this research theory value and the practice value. The second part is the elementary school student study mental health basic theory discussion, It mainly includes the meaning standard of mental health education of primary school students and the existing problems, and analyzes the factors that affect the mental health of primary school students. The third part is the investigation and research report. A mental health questionnaire (MHT) and a self-designed questionnaire were conducted on 402 students in grades 4 to 6 of a primary school in Wuhai City. The fourth part puts forward specific measures and suggestions for the main psychological problems of primary school students in Wuhai City, which can provide a scientific theoretical basis for the effective development of mental health education of primary school students in Wuhai City.
