【摘要】：近幾年來，日益增長的離婚率使得身邊的離異家庭子女隊伍增大，對這一特殊群體心理健康是否受到父母離異事件的影響，引起許多研究者的興趣，而對這一特殊群體中中學(xué)生的心理健康問題以及如何運用心理學(xué)輔導(dǎo)方法提高其心理健康水平引起筆者的研究興趣。 筆者采用團體輔導(dǎo)的方式，對離異家庭初中生實施干預(yù)，招募8名在校初中生，做了為期四周共8次的團體輔導(dǎo)，并運用“心理健康診斷測驗”（MHT）對團體參與者實施前測和后測，將離異家庭子女的心理健康狀況與健全家庭子女的心理健康狀況比較，以及團體實施組前后測比較，通過對統(tǒng)計結(jié)果分析、研究者的觀察以及團體參與者的反饋，發(fā)現(xiàn)： 1.團體輔導(dǎo)的方式對于緩解離異家庭子女的心理壓力有明顯效果，團體實施組與控制組后測量表總分數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計結(jié)果呈現(xiàn)顯著性差異（p＝.046＜.050）。 2.離異家庭子女的心理健康狀況比健全家庭子女的心理健康狀況差，尤其是在學(xué)習焦 慮、自責傾向、沖動傾向以及孤獨傾向四個維度上顯示出統(tǒng)計學(xué)上的顯著差異。本研究的對象為離異家庭的初中生，對于解決這一特殊群體心理健康問題，，有實踐意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years , the increasing divorce rate has led to the increase of the children of divorced families around the world , whether the mental health of this special group is affected by the divorce of parents , which causes the interest of many researchers , and how to improve the mental health of middle school students in this special group and how to use psychological guidance methods to improve their mental health level . In this paper , the author used group counseling to intervene in the junior middle school students of divorced families , recruit eight students in school junior middle school students , conduct pre - test and post - test for group participants , compare the mental health status of divorced family children with the mental health status of healthy family children , and compare them before and after group implementation group . Through the analysis of statistical results , the observation of the researchers and the feedback of group participants , it is found that : 1 . Group counseling has obvious effect on relieving mental stress of divorced family children , and there is significant difference between group practice group and control group ( p = 0.046 < . 050 ) . 2 . The mental health status of the children of divorced families is worse than that of healthy families , especially in the study of focus The subject of this study is the junior middle school students of divorced families and has practical significance in solving the mental health problems of this particular group .
