【摘要】：以20世紀90年代以來的"公民回歸"運動為契機,通過對自由主義關(guān)于制度的理論構(gòu)想的反思,深入探討了當(dāng)代政治哲學(xué)關(guān)于制度和德性之間的互動這一重要課題,認為自由主義視角下的制度既具有獨特價值,同時又有局限性;而共和主義關(guān)于德性復(fù)興的設(shè)想,則是對制度正義理論的必要補充和嘗試。由此可見,無論自由主義,還是共和主義,它們關(guān)于制度正義和公民德性的理論設(shè)計,對于我們當(dāng)下正在進行的公民培育具有重要的啟示意義與借鑒價值。
[Abstract]:Taking the "citizen return" movement since 1990s as the turning point, this paper reflects on the theoretical conception of liberalism about the system. This paper probes into the important subject of the interaction between institution and virtue in contemporary political philosophy, and holds that the system under the perspective of liberalism has not only unique value but also limitation at the same time; The idea of republicanism about the revival of virtue is a necessary supplement and attempt to the theory of institutional justice. It can be seen that no matter liberalism or republicanism. Their theoretical design of institutional justice and civic virtue has important enlightenment and reference value for the citizen cultivation that we are carrying out at present.
