生態(tài)教學(xué)理論指導(dǎo)下的研究生《英語(yǔ)教學(xué)法》課程設(shè)計(jì)研究

《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》要求加大對(duì)教師的培訓(xùn)力度,努力造就一支相對(duì)穩(wěn)定、有高尚思想道德品質(zhì)、較高科學(xué)文化素質(zhì)的教師隊(duì)伍!队⒄Z(yǔ)教學(xué)法》課程是高校英語(yǔ)研究生準(zhǔn)備從事英語(yǔ)教育的必修課程,也是英語(yǔ)教師職業(yè)培訓(xùn)的核心內(nèi)容之一,該課程設(shè)計(jì)合理與否直接關(guān)系到未來英語(yǔ)教師的發(fā)展及其綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)。然而,絕大多數(shù)的研究都是圍繞如何講授教學(xué)方法,對(duì)于該課程的設(shè)計(jì)是否合理,是否滿足學(xué)生的需求關(guān)注較少。本研究把生態(tài)教學(xué)理論與英語(yǔ)課程設(shè)計(jì)理論相結(jié)合,應(yīng)用到《英語(yǔ)教學(xué)法》課程設(shè)計(jì)中,從而,更加合理地構(gòu)建英語(yǔ)教學(xué)法課程設(shè)計(jì)模式。本研究以需求分析為切入點(diǎn),以生態(tài)教學(xué)理論為指導(dǎo),以省內(nèi)外12所院校英語(yǔ)專業(yè)研究生及部分老師為研究對(duì)象,通過問卷和訪談的形式調(diào)查省內(nèi)外高校《英語(yǔ)教學(xué)法》課程設(shè)計(jì)的現(xiàn)狀及學(xué)生的需求;以定量分析和定性分析為研究方法,對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行收集、匯總和分析,提出高校英語(yǔ)專業(yè)研究生《英語(yǔ)教學(xué)法》課程設(shè)計(jì)的新模式。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示:大多數(shù)高校的碩士研究生《英語(yǔ)教學(xué)法》課程設(shè)計(jì)不是很合理,不能滿足學(xué)生的目標(biāo)需求和學(xué)習(xí)需求。主要體現(xiàn)在以下五方面:教學(xué)目的不夠明確;教學(xué)內(nèi)容缺乏新穎性...
