【摘要】：本文試對香港地區(qū)的教育質量保證和學校監(jiān)督進行探究,回答了三個重要問題:誰在掌控香港學校的教育質量?香港在學校教育質量保證的過程中采取了哪些重要策略?香港教育質量保證和學校監(jiān)督的實施及改革是否一帆風順,遇到了何種挑戰(zhàn)?通過分析發(fā)現:香港教育質量保證體系"雖優(yōu)尤險",需要進行細致而透徹的回顧,使政府與實踐者之間的信任關系更加鞏固,并促使相關工作進一步完善。
[Abstract]:This paper attempts to explore the quality assurance and school supervision in Hong Kong and answers three important questions: who is in charge of the quality of education in Hong Kong? What are the important strategies adopted by Hong Kong in the process of ensuring the quality of school education? Has the implementation and reform of education quality assurance and school supervision in Hong Kong been smooth, and what challenges have they encountered? Through analysis, it is found that the quality assurance system of Hong Kong is "excellent and dangerous", which needs to be reviewed carefully and thoroughly in order to strengthen the trust relationship between the government and practitioners, and to further improve the relevant work.
