基于個(gè)人網(wǎng)絡(luò)化學(xué)習(xí)體系的個(gè)人知識(shí)管理研究

【摘要】: 隨著因特網(wǎng)的飛速發(fā)展和學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)的到來(lái),越來(lái)越多的人通過(guò)因特網(wǎng)進(jìn)行個(gè)人網(wǎng)絡(luò)化學(xué)習(xí),個(gè)人網(wǎng)絡(luò)化學(xué)習(xí)因其具有交互性、不受時(shí)空和年齡限制、由學(xué)習(xí)者控制、學(xué)習(xí)資源豐富、學(xué)習(xí)方式靈活、學(xué)習(xí)行為自主等特征而成為學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)獲取知識(shí)的全新手段。個(gè)人網(wǎng)絡(luò)化學(xué)習(xí)是提升學(xué)習(xí)者個(gè)人核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的主要手段。為了提升個(gè)人網(wǎng)絡(luò)化學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)習(xí)效果,我們提出了構(gòu)建個(gè)人網(wǎng)絡(luò)化學(xué)習(xí)體系,個(gè)人網(wǎng)絡(luò)化學(xué)習(xí)體系是一種基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境的新的個(gè)性化學(xué)習(xí)體系。 論文首先界定個(gè)人網(wǎng)絡(luò)化學(xué)習(xí)、知識(shí)管理、個(gè)人知識(shí)管理的基本內(nèi)涵,分析個(gè)人網(wǎng)絡(luò)化學(xué)習(xí)者信息行為的構(gòu)成要素,研究信息行為構(gòu)成要素之間的關(guān)系,并探討個(gè)人網(wǎng)絡(luò)化學(xué)習(xí)者信息行為的影響因素。 其次界定隱性知識(shí)、顯性知識(shí)的內(nèi)涵,分析隱性知識(shí)和顯性知識(shí)的關(guān)系,探討隱性知識(shí)和顯性知識(shí)相互轉(zhuǎn)化的條件、轉(zhuǎn)化的方式以及影響隱性知識(shí)和顯性知識(shí)相互轉(zhuǎn)化的因素,并且通過(guò)對(duì)已有的隱性知識(shí)和顯性知識(shí)相互轉(zhuǎn)化的模型分析,提出個(gè)人網(wǎng)絡(luò)化學(xué)習(xí)體系的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化模型。 基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)化學(xué)習(xí)理論和知識(shí)管理理論,論文針對(duì)個(gè)人網(wǎng)絡(luò)化學(xué)習(xí)體系中個(gè)人知識(shí)管理的問(wèn)題,對(duì)個(gè)人網(wǎng)絡(luò)化學(xué)習(xí)由個(gè)人資源管理向個(gè)人知識(shí)管理轉(zhuǎn)化的原因進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)個(gè)人知識(shí)管理的內(nèi)容,探討個(gè)人網(wǎng)絡(luò)化學(xué)習(xí)由個(gè)人資源管理向個(gè)人知識(shí)管理轉(zhuǎn)化的機(jī)制,論證個(gè)人知識(shí)管理是構(gòu)建個(gè)人網(wǎng)絡(luò)化學(xué)習(xí)體系的最終目標(biāo)。 最后,討論本研究的創(chuàng)新之處以及今后的進(jìn)一步研究設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet and the arrival of the learning society, more and more people use the Internet to carry out personal networked learning. Because of its interactivity, independent of time, space and age, it is controlled by learners. The characteristics of rich learning resources, flexible learning style and autonomous learning behavior have become a new means to acquire knowledge in a learning society. Personal network learning is the main means to enhance learners' core competence. In order to improve the learning effect of personal network-based learning, we put forward the construction of individual network-based learning system, which is a new individualized learning system based on network environment. Firstly, the paper defines the basic connotation of personal network learning, knowledge management and personal knowledge management, analyzes the constituent elements of individual network learners' information behavior, and studies the relationship between the elements of information behavior. The factors influencing the information behavior of individual networked learners are also discussed. Secondly, it defines the connotation of tacit knowledge and dominant knowledge, analyzes the relationship between tacit knowledge and dominant knowledge, probes into the conditions of mutual transformation between tacit knowledge and dominant knowledge, the ways of transformation and the factors influencing the mutual transformation of tacit knowledge and dominant knowledge. Based on the analysis of the model of mutual transformation of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, this paper puts forward the knowledge transformation model of individual network learning system. Based on the theory of networked learning and knowledge management, this paper analyzes the reasons for the transformation from personal resource management to personal knowledge management, aiming at the problem of personal knowledge management in personal network learning system. This paper summarizes the content of personal knowledge management, probes into the mechanism of personal network learning from personal resource management to personal knowledge management, and proves that personal knowledge management is the ultimate goal of constructing individual network learning system. Finally, the innovation of this study and the future research ideas are discussed.
