【摘要】: 信息時(shí)代已經(jīng)來(lái)臨,知識(shí)更新加快,人們需要終身學(xué)習(xí)才能適應(yīng)不斷變化的社會(huì)。學(xué)習(xí)不僅是指學(xué)習(xí)前人經(jīng)驗(yàn)的總結(jié)書(shū)本知識(shí),更為重要的是學(xué)習(xí)方法和技能,學(xué)會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)的能力。隨著教師教育理論與實(shí)踐的不斷發(fā)展,促進(jìn)教師成長(zhǎng)的方法和手段也在不斷更新。信息技術(shù)高速發(fā)展,多媒體、網(wǎng)絡(luò)開(kāi)始走進(jìn)社會(huì)生活的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,并對(duì)教育產(chǎn)生了沖擊性的影響。為了迎接挑戰(zhàn),教師應(yīng)該轉(zhuǎn)變學(xué)習(xí)觀念,充分利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源來(lái)提高自己的專(zhuān)業(yè)水平。 目前,中小學(xué)教師發(fā)展網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源環(huán)境良蕎不齊,本文對(duì)一些學(xué)習(xí)群體進(jìn)行了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪談。在調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的教師教育理論以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建理論,利用當(dāng)前的信息技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì),嘗試著去解決這些問(wèn)題。 本文的主要內(nèi)容及梗概如下: 第一章,闡述了本文的研究背景、研究意義、研究目標(biāo)以及研究方法。 第二章,對(duì)相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述,主要回顧了經(jīng)典的學(xué)習(xí)理論發(fā)展以及發(fā)展過(guò)程中派生的理論,從而為后繼章節(jié)提供依據(jù)。 第三章,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究,總結(jié)了現(xiàn)有的教師教育平臺(tái)構(gòu)建理論,為平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建提供理論支持。闡述了教師教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境的類(lèi)型和特征,并設(shè)計(jì)了調(diào)查表,選取樣本,進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,并作了分析。 第四章,通過(guò)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與理論總結(jié),設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)了學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)。該平臺(tái)一方面可以為學(xué)習(xí)者的學(xué)習(xí)提供支持與幫助,另一方面也整合了教師助學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)。 最后,筆者分析了本研究的局限性,也提出了未來(lái)的研究方向。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the information age and the quickening of knowledge renewal, people need lifelong learning to adapt to the changing society. Learning is not only the summing up of book knowledge, but also the learning methods and skills, and the ability to learn. With the continuous development of teacher education theory and practice, the methods and means to promote teacher growth are constantly updated. With the rapid development of information technology, multimedia and network come into various fields of social life, which have an impact on education. In order to meet the challenge, teachers should change their learning concept and make full use of network resources to improve their professional level. At present, teachers in primary and secondary schools develop network resources environment is not uniform, this paper conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews on some learning groups. On the basis of investigation, combined with the existing theories of teacher education and network construction, this paper tries to solve these problems by using the advantages of current information technology. The main contents and outlines of this paper are as follows: The first chapter describes the research background, research significance, research objectives and research methods. The second chapter reviews the relevant research literature, mainly reviews the development of classical learning theory and the theory derived from the development process, thus providing the basis for subsequent chapters. The third chapter, through literature research, summarizes the existing theory of teacher education platform construction, providing theoretical support for the platform construction. This paper expounds the types and characteristics of the network environment of teacher education, designs a questionnaire, selects samples, makes an investigation and makes an analysis. The fourth chapter, through the current situation investigation and the theory summary, has designed and developed the study platform. On the one hand, the platform can provide support and help for learners' learning, on the other hand, it also integrates teachers' learning assistance. Finally, the author analyzes the limitations of this study and puts forward the future research direction.
