【摘要】：學(xué)習(xí)型行業(yè)建設(shè)是構(gòu)建終身教育體系、建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)的一個(gè)重要的領(lǐng)域。如何在學(xué)習(xí)型行業(yè)的建設(shè)中充分發(fā)揮遠(yuǎn)程教育的作用,利用現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育構(gòu)建有效的行業(yè)培訓(xùn)體系,是目前一個(gè)重要的課題。中國(guó)石油大學(xué)遠(yuǎn)程與繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院和中石化勝利石油管理局高級(jí)人才培養(yǎng)中心適應(yīng)中國(guó)石油石化行業(yè)培訓(xùn)體系發(fā)展進(jìn)程,為在終身學(xué)習(xí)思想指導(dǎo)下構(gòu)建行業(yè)培訓(xùn)體系、提供教育培訓(xùn)服務(wù)等方面進(jìn)行了積極而有益的探索。以其實(shí)踐過(guò)程為案例,并結(jié)合其他院校遠(yuǎn)程教育的實(shí)踐探索,梳理、探討其經(jīng)驗(yàn)與啟示,無(wú)疑有助于推進(jìn)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的實(shí)踐和相關(guān)課題的研究。2007年12月15日,《中國(guó)遠(yuǎn)程教育》雜志社和中國(guó)石油大學(xué)教育發(fā)展中心、中石化勝利石油管理局高級(jí)人才培訓(xùn)中心聯(lián)合主辦了第16次"中國(guó)遠(yuǎn)程教育學(xué)術(shù)圓桌",這次圓桌會(huì)議的主題為"遠(yuǎn)程教育與學(xué)習(xí)型行業(yè)建設(shè)"。研討會(huì)緊緊圍繞遠(yuǎn)程教育如何為學(xué)習(xí)型行業(yè)建設(shè)服務(wù)這一主題,以中國(guó)石油大學(xué)(華東)等院校遠(yuǎn)程教育的實(shí)踐為案例,重點(diǎn)探討了以下幾個(gè)方面的問(wèn)題:中國(guó)石油大學(xué)(華東)等院校在利用遠(yuǎn)程教育服務(wù)于學(xué)習(xí)型行業(yè)建設(shè)方面的主要經(jīng)驗(yàn)及啟示,當(dāng)前所面臨的主要問(wèn)題及解決這些問(wèn)題的思路;在終身教育思想指導(dǎo)下建立行業(yè)培訓(xùn)體系,遠(yuǎn)程教育能夠發(fā)揮什么樣的作用;遠(yuǎn)程教育如何適應(yīng)學(xué)習(xí)型行業(yè)建設(shè)進(jìn)程和從業(yè)人員終身學(xué)習(xí)需求的變化,在資源整合與應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)模式構(gòu)建上應(yīng)著重進(jìn)行哪些方面的探索;遠(yuǎn)程教育機(jī)構(gòu)及公共服務(wù)體系如何把握行業(yè)培訓(xùn)體系發(fā)展變化的趨勢(shì),同行業(yè)教育培訓(xùn)體系有機(jī)結(jié)合,并逐步建立相應(yīng)的機(jī)制。參加本次學(xué)術(shù)圓桌會(huì)議的專家有:中國(guó)石油大學(xué)教育發(fā)展中心主任、遠(yuǎn)程與繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)齊高岱,中石化勝利石油管理局高級(jí)人才培訓(xùn)中心副校長(zhǎng)黃金柱,中央電大副校長(zhǎng)、《中國(guó)遠(yuǎn)程教育》主編嚴(yán)冰,北京交通大學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)陳庚,北京大學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)侯建軍,東北財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)楊青,奧鵬研究院院長(zhǎng)任為民,副院長(zhǎng)張燕,研究員施志毅。山東省教育廳職業(yè)成人教育處處長(zhǎng)張士瑞出席了研討會(huì)。本次學(xué)術(shù)圓桌會(huì)議由中央電大副校長(zhǎng)、《中國(guó)遠(yuǎn)程教育》主編嚴(yán)冰,中國(guó)石油大學(xué)(華東)教育發(fā)展中心主任、遠(yuǎn)程與繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)齊高岱,和《中國(guó)遠(yuǎn)程教育》雜志社總編輯馮琳共同主持。
[Abstract]:The construction of learning-type industry is an important field to construct life-long education system and to build a learning-oriented society. How to give full play to the role of distance education in the construction of learning-oriented industry. Using modern distance education to build an effective industry training system. It is an important subject at present. The College of distance and continuing Education of China University of Petroleum and the senior talent training center of Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau of Sinopec adapt to the development process of China Petroleum and Petrochemical Industry training system. In order to construct industry training system under the guidance of lifelong learning thought and provide education and training service, this paper makes a positive and beneficial exploration. Taking its practice process as a case, and combining with the practice of distance education in other colleges and universities. Comb, discuss its experience and enlightenment, undoubtedly help to promote the practice of related fields and the research of related topics. December 15th 2007. The Journal of China distance Education, the Center for Educational Development of China University of Petroleum, and the Senior talents training Center of Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau of Sinopec jointly hosted the 16th "academic Roundtable on distance Education in China." The theme of this round table is "distance education and the construction of learning industry". The seminar focuses on how distance education serves the construction of learning industry. This paper takes the practice of distance education in China University of Petroleum (East China) and other colleges as a case study. This paper focuses on the following aspects: the main experience and enlightenment of China University of Petroleum (East China) in using distance education to serve the construction of learning industry. The main problems faced at present and the way to solve them; Under the guidance of life-long education, how can distance education play a role in setting up an industry training system? How to adapt distance education to the process of construction of learning industry and the change of lifelong learning needs of practitioners, and what aspects should be emphasized in the integration of resources and the construction of applied talents training mode; Distance education institutions and public service system how to grasp the trend of the development of the industry training system, with the industry education and training system organic integration. Experts participating in this round table are: director of the Center for Educational Development of China University of Petroleum and Dean of the College of distance and continuing Education Qi Gaodai. Jinzhu, vice president of senior talent training center of Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau of Sinopec, Yan Bing, vice president of Central Radio and TV University and editor-in-chief of China distance Education, and Chen Geng, Dean of online Education School of Beijing Jiaotong University. Hou Jianjun, Dean of the College of online Education, Peking University; Yang Qing, Dean of the College of online Education, Northeast University of Finance and Economics; Ren Weimin, Dean of the Aopeng Research Institute; and Zhang Yan, Vice President. Shi Zhiyi, Research fellow. Zhang Shirui, Director of Professional Adult Education Department of Shandong Education Department, attended the seminar. This academic round table was attended by Yan Bing, vice president of Central Radio and TV University and editor-in-chief of distance Education in China.
