【摘要】： 我國教師在做學生工作時會使用兩種不同的教育手段:一種是剛性的管理,一種是在方向和方法上給予建議的指導。然而,后一種做法在大陸的教育理論中卻鮮有論述。大多數情況下,它和前者被籠統(tǒng)地歸于同一概念下——“德育工作”。學生指導本應占有如何地位,在我國為何沒有概念化呢? 為了回答上述問題,本文對指導實踐的發(fā)展歷史和指導在教育理論中的地位進行了考查。通過對歷史的探究,發(fā)現最初的教育就是指導。隨著課程的出現,指導成為教學職能的有益補充。后來青少年成長中的問題逐漸增多,推動了概念化的現代指導的出現。現代指導的含義和實施方式也經歷了系列變化,最終成為學校教育不可或缺的組成部分。所以,從指導實踐的發(fā)展歷程來看,指導從來都是教育的職能。通過對“教育目的—手段框架”中目的和手段關系的探究,發(fā)現指導是教育手段之一,致力于每一個教育目的的實現。所以,從對教育理論的分析來看,指導應該成為一種重要的教育手段。 然而,雖然我國大陸的學校教育中存在大量的指導,卻遇到無法概念化的困境。原因在于大陸教育中“目的—手段框架”的混亂,其典型代表是將作為教育目的的道德教育當作一項工作來實施�！暗掠ぷ鳌钡奶岱ú粌H擠占了學生指導的空間,而且模糊了指導和管理的區(qū)別,從而造成教育實踐中分工不明、管理過重的問題。要使學生指導走出困境,就需要再次明晰教育目的和手段各自的位置,并限定各種教育手段的界線。在實際操作過程中,需要建立指導制度、組織,明確指導責任,培養(yǎng)教師的指導意識。

Through the research on the relationship between the purpose and means of education purpose means framework ", find guidance is one of the means of education, in order to achieve every educational purpose. However, although the school education in our country, there are a lot of guidance, but cannot meet the conceptual difficulties. The reason is that the mainland education "purpose means framework" is the typical representative of the chaos, as the purpose of education and moral education as a work to implement. "Moral education" was not only diverted to guide the students to space, and the blurred distinction between guidance and management, resulting in the practice of education management division is unknown, the overweight problem. To enable students to guide out of trouble, need to clear the purpose and means of education to their respective boundaries and limits, various means of education.
