【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的提出,創(chuàng)新型人才已經(jīng)成為衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。如何培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才逐漸成為高校教育中的重要任務(wù)。作為大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新教育的有效方法與手段,高校校園文化建設(shè)是培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的重要載體與平臺(tái)。本文對(duì)校園文化建設(shè)與大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行相關(guān)概述,主要圍繞校園文化建設(shè),大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力展開論述,并對(duì)校園文化建設(shè)中提升大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的重要作用進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的闡述;分析了校園文化建設(shè)與大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,通過校園文化建設(shè)和創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的相互促進(jìn)及優(yōu)化作用進(jìn)行理論性的分析,從而探討出校園文化建設(shè)與大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的內(nèi)在一致性;對(duì)校園文化不同的衍生發(fā)展所帶來的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的各類問題及影響因素進(jìn)行分析,并從創(chuàng)新校園文化角度,通過精神文化、行為文化、物質(zhì)文化、制度文化等不同角度,分析了校園文化建設(shè)視域下大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的多樣途徑。大學(xué)校園文化貫穿著大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)與生活的始終。只有加強(qiáng)校園文化建設(shè),才能有力的推動(dòng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:With the strategic goal of innovation-driven development in China, innovative talents have become the standard to measure a country's international competitiveness. How to cultivate innovative talents has gradually become an important task in college education. As an effective method and means of innovative education for college students, the construction of campus culture is an important carrier and platform for cultivating college students' innovative ability. This paper summarizes the construction of campus culture and the innovation ability of college students, mainly focuses on the construction of campus culture and the innovation ability of college students, and expounds the important role of promoting the innovation ability of college students in the construction of campus culture. This paper analyzes on the internal relationship between the construction of campus culture and the innovation ability of college students, and makes a theoretical analysis through the mutual promotion and optimization of the construction of campus culture and the cultivation of innovation ability, so as to explore the internal consistency between the construction of campus culture and the innovation ability of college students. This paper analyzes on all kinds of problems and influencing factors of the cultivation of college students' innovative ability brought about by the different derivative development of campus culture, and analyzes on the various ways of cultivating college students' innovative ability from the angle of innovative campus culture, through different angles of spiritual culture, behavior culture, material culture, institutional culture and so on. University campus culture runs through the study and life of college students all the time. Only by strengthening the construction of campus culture can we effectively promote the cultivation of college students' innovative ability.
