【摘要】：大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新時(shí)代背景下,高校作為創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培育的主要陣地,其育才地位和功能不可小覷。目前,作為培育大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的引導(dǎo)和支撐力量的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)師資人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)逐漸取得實(shí)質(zhì)性進(jìn)展與成效。長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)來(lái)看,現(xiàn)有師資人才隊(duì)伍尚不能徹底滿足高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的發(fā)展需求。為此,通過(guò)透析大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,聚焦存在的問(wèn)題,最后引入精細(xì)化管理思想,為優(yōu)化和改進(jìn)高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)提供切實(shí)可行的行動(dòng)路徑。
[Abstract]:Under the background of mass entrepreneurship, colleges and universities, as the main position of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents, their position and function of cultivating talents should not be underestimated. At present, as a guiding and supporting force to cultivate college students' innovative and entrepreneurial ability, the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers has gradually made substantial progress and results. In the long run, the existing teaching staff can not fully meet the development needs of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Therefore, through analyzing the present situation of the construction of the teaching staff of college students' innovative and entrepreneurial education, focusing on the existing problems, and finally introducing the fine management thought, It provides a feasible way to optimize and improve the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial education teachers in colleges and universities.
