【摘要】：近年來,隨著高等教育在我國(guó)不斷的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步,大學(xué)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平越來越受到人們的關(guān)注,而校長(zhǎng)作為一所大學(xué)的最高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人,也被社會(huì)寄予厚望。同時(shí),學(xué)術(shù)界以"大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)"為主題的研究也日益增加,這些研究大多都站在教育學(xué)和心理學(xué)的角度,論述大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)的教育理念、治校方法等。但是,現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)多以定性研究為主,其闡述都屬于比較理想的應(yīng)然層面,對(duì)校長(zhǎng)的各方面研究也是仁者見仁,智者見智�；诖�,本文試圖利用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論,采用計(jì)量分析的方法,定量的研究大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)的個(gè)人特征和大學(xué)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力之間的關(guān)系,從而為我國(guó)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)的遴選和評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制提供可參考的建議。本文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)的內(nèi)容和方法進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的梳理和歸納總結(jié),并指出本文研究的目標(biāo)與方向;其次,我們選取"大學(xué)排名"作為衡量大學(xué)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平的量化指標(biāo),對(duì)大學(xué)排名的歷史、分類和影響進(jìn)行了歸納,列舉了當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)影響力較大的大學(xué)排行榜,并對(duì)它們一一進(jìn)行說明;再次,本文利用熊彼特的企業(yè)家理論和Mason的高階理論,解釋了大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)作為大學(xué)的最高領(lǐng)導(dǎo),對(duì)大學(xué)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平的重要影響,然后將大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)的個(gè)人特征從多個(gè)維度進(jìn)行展開,并運(yùn)用多種理論分析各個(gè)維度對(duì)大學(xué)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的影響,為文章后續(xù)的計(jì)量研究提供了充分的理論支撐,同時(shí)提出相應(yīng)的理論假說。接下來是實(shí)證分析部分。本文首先對(duì)所選樣本中的大學(xué)及其校長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的描述性統(tǒng)計(jì),對(duì)高校各方面排名變化情況、大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)的個(gè)人特征及更替交流情況等進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析;接下來進(jìn)行了一系列的回歸分析,最終發(fā)現(xiàn),有本校學(xué)習(xí)和工作經(jīng)歷的大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)對(duì)大學(xué)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的發(fā)展有促進(jìn)作用,大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)的更替會(huì)給大學(xué)的學(xué)術(shù)水平帶來負(fù)向影響,而大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)的其他特征比如年齡、任期、學(xué)術(shù)地位等,對(duì)大學(xué)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平均沒有顯著的影響。接下來,我們又對(duì)大學(xué)黨委書記與大學(xué)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)系進(jìn)行回歸分析,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),大學(xué)黨委書記的個(gè)人特征對(duì)大學(xué)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力沒有顯著影響。最后,本文針對(duì)以上結(jié)論提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development and progress of higher education in our country, the level of the university's competitiveness is getting more and more concerned, and the principal, as the top leader of a university, is also given high hopes by the society. At the same time, the research of the academic circles on the theme of the "Rector of the University" is also increasing, most of these studies are in the angle of pedagogy and psychology, and discuss the educational concept and the method of the school principal. However, the existing literature is mainly characterized by qualitative research, and it is all of the more ideal and appropriate level, and the research on the principal's aspects is also a matter of benevolence and wisdom. On the basis of this, this paper attempts to make use of the theory of economics, to use the method of measurement and analysis, to study the relationship between the personal characteristics of the principal of the university and the competitiveness of the university, so as to provide a reference for the selection and evaluation mechanism of the president of the university. In this paper, the contents and methods of the university principal at home and abroad are briefly summarized and summarized, and the aim and direction of the study are pointed out; secondly, we select the "the ranking of the university" as the quantitative index to measure the competitive level of the university, and the history of the university ranking. This paper sums up the classification and influence, and lists the university charts with great influence in the country, and makes a description of them. Again, this paper uses the theory of entrepreneur's theory of entrepreneur and the high-order theory of Mason to explain the university's president as the top leader of the university. It is an important influence on the level of the university's competitive power, then the individual characteristics of the university principal are expanded from a plurality of dimensions, and the influence of the various dimensions on the competitiveness of the university is analyzed by using a variety of theories, and a sufficient theoretical support is provided for the follow-up measurement research of the article, At the same time, the corresponding theoretical hypothesis is put forward. The following is the part of the empirical analysis. In this paper, the corresponding descriptive statistics of the university and its principal in the selected sample are carried out, and the ranking changes of all aspects of the university, the personal characteristics and the alternate communication of the university principal are analyzed and analyzed, a series of regression analysis is carried out, and finally, The university principal has the function of promoting the development of the university's competitive power, and the change of the president of the university will have a negative effect on the academic level of the university, and the other features of the university principal, such as age, term of office, academic status, etc., There is no significant impact on the level of the university's competitiveness. Next, we analyze the relationship between the party secretary of the university and the competitive power of the university, and find out that the individual characteristics of the party secretary of the university have no significant influence on the university's competitiveness. Finally, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions for the above conclusions.
