【摘要】：大學(xué)素質(zhì)教育是一個具有中國特色的高等教育思想。大學(xué)素質(zhì)教育起始于文化素質(zhì)教育,文化素質(zhì)教育在推進(jìn)大學(xué)素質(zhì)教育進(jìn)程中,既做出了重要的歷史貢獻(xiàn),同時也對全面推進(jìn)大學(xué)素質(zhì)教育具有重要的啟示意義。當(dāng)前,社會轉(zhuǎn)型對高素質(zhì)創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)帶來的挑戰(zhàn)與沖擊、國家創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對高素質(zhì)創(chuàng)新型人才的需求與期待以及徹底解決高等教育的沉疴與積弊等,都要求全面推進(jìn)大學(xué)素質(zhì)教育。深刻認(rèn)識全面推進(jìn)大學(xué)素質(zhì)教育的重要性與迫切性,是全面推進(jìn)大學(xué)素質(zhì)教育的基礎(chǔ)與前提;培養(yǎng)與提高大學(xué)生的社會責(zé)任感、創(chuàng)新精神與實(shí)踐能力,是全面推進(jìn)大學(xué)素質(zhì)教育的著力點(diǎn);將大學(xué)素質(zhì)教育思想貫穿于大學(xué)教育教學(xué)的全過程之中,是全面推進(jìn)大學(xué)素質(zhì)教育的核心與關(guān)鍵;加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),是全面推進(jìn)大學(xué)素質(zhì)教育的依托與支撐。
[Abstract]:College quality education is a thought of higher education with Chinese characteristics. College quality education begins with cultural quality education. Cultural quality education not only makes important historical contributions in the process of promoting university quality education, but also has important enlightening significance for promoting university quality education in an all-round way. At present, the challenge and impact brought by the social transformation to the cultivation of high-quality innovative talents, the demand and expectation of the national innovation-driven development strategy for high-quality innovative talents, and the thorough solution to the problems of higher education, and so on. It is necessary to promote quality education in universities in an all-round way. Deep understanding of the importance and urgency of promoting quality education in universities is the foundation and premise of promoting quality education in universities. Cultivating and improving college students' sense of social responsibility, innovative spirit and practical ability are the key points to promote all-round quality education in universities. It is the core and key to promote the quality education of the university through the whole process of the university education and teaching, and to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff is the support and support of the all-round promotion of the quality education in the university.
