【摘要】：本研究通過對(duì)三位教師的個(gè)案研究,探究高等院校中英語教師在職業(yè)生活中的決策能力和過程。研究者通過半結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談了解具有豐富教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的教師及學(xué)術(shù)研究者在職業(yè)生活中是否有決策權(quán)力以及如何進(jìn)行決策,并通過活動(dòng)理論分析他們自身對(duì)決策問題的獨(dú)有看法,意在關(guān)注和理解教師的職業(yè)生活。本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)教師決策問題體現(xiàn)在各種與教師職業(yè)相關(guān)的相對(duì)細(xì)微的決策項(xiàng)目中。教師在教材選擇、考試評(píng)價(jià)、學(xué)術(shù)選擇甚至行政方面等決策相關(guān)項(xiàng)中是有一定決策權(quán)的,但是相對(duì)于辦學(xué)政策、教學(xué)改革以及學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展等重大問題,這些決策權(quán)又顯得微乎其微。因此,本研究提出大學(xué)賦予教師更多的權(quán)力,為教師提供一個(gè)更加寬松的學(xué)術(shù)環(huán)境,是促進(jìn)教師職業(yè)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要的條件。
[Abstract]:Through the case study of three teachers, this study explores the decision-making ability and process of English teachers in colleges and universities. Through semi-structured interviews, the researchers understand whether teachers and academic researchers with rich teaching experience have the decision-making power and how to make decisions in their professional life, and analyze their own unique views on decision-making through activity theory. It is intended to focus on and understand the professional life of teachers. This study finds that teacher decision-making problems are reflected in various relatively minor decision-making items related to the teacher's profession. Teachers have the right to make decisions in the fields of textbook selection, examination evaluation, academic choice, and even administrative decisions, but in relation to school policy, teaching reform, academic development, and other important issues, These decisions appear to have little power. Therefore, this study suggests that universities give more power to teachers and provide a more liberal academic environment for teachers, which is an important condition to promote teachers' professional development.
