【摘要】：高校思想政治教育是一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)工程。大學(xué)生思想政治教育需要高校在協(xié)調(diào)家庭、社會(huì)等各種力量的基礎(chǔ)上,在教育管理、教育目標(biāo)、教育主體、教育內(nèi)容、教育途徑以及教育環(huán)境等多方面協(xié)調(diào)推進(jìn)。如何把思想政治教育貫穿到人才培養(yǎng)的全過程,構(gòu)建全員、全方位、全過程的“三全育人”格局,是當(dāng)前高校思想政治工作的一項(xiàng)重大課題。本文運(yùn)用協(xié)同學(xué)理論來研究大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作,旨在提高大學(xué)生思想政治教育的協(xié)同效應(yīng),進(jìn)而加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治工作,培養(yǎng)德、智、體、美全面發(fā)展的社會(huì)主義合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人。本文通過文獻(xiàn)研究法、系統(tǒng)分析法、案例研究法等方法對教育協(xié)同和思想政治教育協(xié)同展開研究,闡釋了大學(xué)生思想政治教育協(xié)同的基本內(nèi)涵、原則以及主要內(nèi)容。以高校作為分界點(diǎn)及協(xié)同過程中的序參量將大學(xué)生思想政治教育協(xié)同分為高校思想政治教育外部協(xié)同和高校思想政治教育內(nèi)部協(xié)同兩大系統(tǒng)。本文研究的重點(diǎn)是高校思想政治教育內(nèi)部協(xié)同。對高校思想政治教育協(xié)同在教育主體、教育目標(biāo)、教育內(nèi)容、教育途徑、教育管理、教育環(huán)境進(jìn)行了較為全面的闡述和分析。本文基于闡述分析高校思想政治教育協(xié)同的基礎(chǔ)上,針對高校思想政治教育內(nèi)部協(xié)同中存在的突出問題,提出了加強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育協(xié)同要堅(jiān)持方向性、開放性、系統(tǒng)性、制度性原則。提出了提升思想政治教育協(xié)同效應(yīng)的有效路徑:一是樹立思想政治教育協(xié)同的理念;二是明確思想政治教育協(xié)同的目標(biāo);三是強(qiáng)化思想政治教育的主體協(xié)同;四是豐富思想政治教育的協(xié)同內(nèi)容;五是改進(jìn)思想政治教育的協(xié)同途徑;六是加強(qiáng)思想政治教育的管理協(xié)同;七是營造良好的協(xié)同教育環(huán)境。本文的創(chuàng)新之處是從協(xié)同學(xué)理論的視角來研究大學(xué)生思想政治教育,提出了協(xié)同學(xué)應(yīng)用于大學(xué)生思想政治教育的必要性以及可行性,從系統(tǒng)的角度分析了影響大學(xué)生思想政治教育協(xié)同效果的因素,提出提升思想政治教育協(xié)同效應(yīng)的有效路徑。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a systematic project. The ideological and political education of college students needs to be coordinated and promoted on the basis of coordinating all kinds of forces such as family, society, educational management, educational goal, educational subject, educational content, educational approach and educational environment. How to run the ideological and political education through the whole process of talent training, and to construct the pattern of "three full education", which is the whole staff, all round and the whole process, is an important subject of ideological and political work in colleges and universities at present. The purpose of this paper is to improve the synergetic effect of the ideological and political education of college students, and then to strengthen the ideological and political work of college students, to cultivate moral, intellectual and physical education, to study the ideological and political education of college students with the theory of Synergy. Qualified socialist constructors and reliable successors for the overall development of the United States. This paper studies the coordination of education and ideological and political education through the methods of literature research, system analysis and case study, and explains the basic connotation, principles and main contents of the coordination of ideological and political education of college students. The coordination of college students' ideological and political education is divided into two systems: the external coordination of ideological and political education and the internal coordination of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The focus of this study is the internal coordination of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper expounds and analyzes the coordination of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the main body, goal, content, way, management and environment of education. On the basis of expounding and analyzing the coordination of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, aiming at the outstanding problems existing in the internal coordination of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward that to strengthen the coordination of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, we should adhere to the orientation, openness and systematicness. Institutional principles This paper puts forward the effective ways to promote the synergistic effect of ideological and political education: first, to establish the idea of ideological and political education coordination; second, to make clear the goal of ideological and political education coordination; third, to strengthen the subject coordination of ideological and political education; The fourth is to enrich the cooperative content of ideological and political education, the fifth is to improve the cooperative approach of ideological and political education, the sixth is to strengthen the management coordination of ideological and political education, and the seventh is to create a good cooperative education environment. The innovation of this paper is to study the ideological and political education of college students from the perspective of synergetic theory, and put forward the necessity and feasibility of applying Synergetics to the ideological and political education of college students. This paper analyzes the factors that influence the synergetic effect of college students' ideological and political education from a systematic point of view, and puts forward an effective way to promote the synergetic effect of ideological and political education.
