當(dāng)代大學(xué)生自信教育研究

【摘要】:黨的十八大報(bào)告指出,加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)思想政治工作,注重人文關(guān)懷和心理疏導(dǎo),培育自尊自信、理性平和、積極向上的社會(huì)心態(tài)。自信,是個(gè)人可貴的品質(zhì),它對(duì)大學(xué)生一生的發(fā)展,無(wú)論在智力上還是體力上,亦或在處事能力上,都有著基石性的作用。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生作為社會(huì)的中流砥柱,肩負(fù)著國(guó)家繁榮、民族振興的神圣使命,其綜合素質(zhì)的高低,直接關(guān)系到祖國(guó)的未來(lái)。然而,由于當(dāng)前大學(xué)生面臨的社會(huì)壓力日益增多,他們?cè)趯W(xué)習(xí)、生活和社會(huì)適應(yīng)等方面遇到越來(lái)越多的困難和挫折,普遍出現(xiàn)不敢為之、不敢挑戰(zhàn)、害怕與人交往等個(gè)人自信不足的問(wèn)題。因此,從思想政治教育視角探究自信教育,培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生自信品質(zhì),提升個(gè)人自信,成為高校教育工作者所面臨的迫切問(wèn)題。對(duì)本課題的研究,不僅有益于大學(xué)生對(duì)自身的知識(shí)、能力、行為的正確判斷,而且對(duì)培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生自信,提高大學(xué)生綜合能力素質(zhì)有重要作用。全文共分為五部分:第一部分,對(duì)大學(xué)生自信教育研究的背景及其意義進(jìn)行扼要闡述,并運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)自信與自信教育的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,提出本文的研究思路、研究方法和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分,通過(guò)概述自信涵義與基本特征、大學(xué)生自信教育涵義、目的與原則,分析支撐本文內(nèi)容的理論基礎(chǔ),即馬克思關(guān)于人的全面發(fā)展理論、思想政治教育目的論以及習(xí)近平關(guān)于青年學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)成才教育思想。第三部分,對(duì)思想政治教育與大學(xué)生自信教育的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系進(jìn)行闡釋,二者相互影響,共同促進(jìn)大學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展。第四部分,以問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的形式,著力探究當(dāng)代大學(xué)生自信教育存在的問(wèn)題,從個(gè)人、家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)四個(gè)層面分析關(guān)于影響當(dāng)代大學(xué)生自信教育成因。第五部分,針對(duì)存在問(wèn)題的原因,從自我教育、家庭教育、學(xué)校教育和社會(huì)教育四個(gè)層面進(jìn)行對(duì)策研究,力求為培養(yǎng)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生自信,提供更為全面的理論參考與行之有效的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that we should strengthen and improve ideological and political work, pay attention to humanistic care and psychological guidance, cultivate self-esteem, self-confidence, rational peace, and positive social mentality. Self-confidence is a valuable quality of a person. It plays a fundamental role in the development of college students, both intellectually and physically, as well as in their ability to deal with things. As the mainstay of the society, contemporary college students shoulder the sacred mission of national prosperity and national rejuvenation. Their comprehensive qualities are directly related to the future of the motherland. However, due to the increasing social pressure on college students, they encounter more and more difficulties and setbacks in their study, life and social adaptation. Fear of association and other personal problems of low confidence. Therefore, exploring self-confidence education from the perspective of ideological and political education, cultivating college students' self-confidence quality and improving their personal self-confidence have become urgent problems faced by educators in colleges and universities. The research on this subject is not only beneficial to the correct judgment of college students' knowledge, ability and behavior, but also plays an important role in cultivating college students' self-confidence and improving their comprehensive ability. The full text is divided into five parts: the first part briefly expounds the background and significance of the research on college students' self-confidence education, combs the related contents of self-confidence and self-confidence education at home and abroad by using the literature research method, and puts forward the research ideas of this paper. Research methods and innovations. The second part, by summarizing the meaning and basic characteristics of self-confidence, the meaning, purpose and principle of college students' self-confidence education, the theoretical basis of supporting the content of this paper, namely Marx's theory on the all-round development of human beings, is analyzed. The teleology of ideological and political education and Xi Jinping's thoughts on the education of young students. The third part explains the inner relationship between ideological and political education and college students' confidence education, which influences each other and promotes the all-round development of college students. The fourth part, in the form of questionnaire, tries to probe into the problems existing in the self-confidence education of contemporary college students, and analyzes the causes of the influence on the self-confidence education of contemporary college students from the four aspects of individual, family, school and society. The fifth part, in view of the reason of the problems, carries on the countermeasure research from the self-education, the family education, the school education and the social education, in order to cultivate the contemporary university student self-confidence, To provide a more comprehensive theoretical reference and effective countermeasures.
