【摘要】：“十三五”時(shí)期是黨和國(guó)家對(duì)文化建設(shè)工作高度重視的時(shí)期。高校作為人才培養(yǎng)的主要陣地,除了具有人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究,社會(huì)服務(wù)功能之外,同樣肩負(fù)著文化傳承創(chuàng)新的使命。中華優(yōu)秀文化需要高校作為載體傳承和創(chuàng)新,而不同地域和環(huán)境中的高校,在文化傳承過(guò)程中又會(huì)逐漸形成自己獨(dú)特的大學(xué)文化。一所大學(xué)的地位與功能不僅體現(xiàn)在外在的數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)上,更體現(xiàn)在大學(xué)文化和精神的引領(lǐng)上。[1]大學(xué)文化從一定意義上來(lái)講代表了一所大學(xué)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,它越來(lái)越成為彰顯大學(xué)個(gè)性和發(fā)展水平的重要標(biāo)志,重視和加強(qiáng)大學(xué)文化建設(shè)具有至關(guān)重要的意義。本研究從大學(xué)文化的內(nèi)涵、結(jié)構(gòu)和功能入手,分析總結(jié)“十二五”時(shí)期國(guó)內(nèi)地方高校大學(xué)文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀及其存在的問(wèn)題,闡明大學(xué)文化建設(shè)的重要性,然后分析“十三五”時(shí)期地方高校大學(xué)文化建設(shè)所面臨的環(huán)境,并根據(jù)地方高校所制定的“十三五”規(guī)劃,理清思路,對(duì)部分地方高校的大學(xué)文化建設(shè)進(jìn)行調(diào)研,運(yùn)用文化學(xué)、教育學(xué)等相關(guān)理論,以期從重塑大學(xué)精神文化的引領(lǐng)力量、規(guī)范大學(xué)制度文化保障、夯實(shí)大學(xué)物質(zhì)文化基礎(chǔ)以及提升大學(xué)行為文化內(nèi)涵這四個(gè)方面對(duì)“十三五”時(shí)期的地方高校大學(xué)文化建設(shè)途徑提出一些有益見(jiàn)解和新思路。
[Abstract]:The Thirteenth five-year Plan period is a period in which the Party and the state attach great importance to the work of cultural construction. Colleges and universities, as the main position of talent training, not only have the functions of talent training, scientific research and social service, but also shoulder the mission of cultural inheritance and innovation. Chinese excellent culture needs to be inherited and innovated by colleges and universities, and universities in different regions and environments will gradually form their own unique university culture in the process of cultural inheritance. The status and function of a university is not only reflected in the external data index, but also in the university culture and spirit leading. [1] University culture represents the core competitiveness of a university in a certain sense. It is increasingly becoming an important symbol of university personality and development level. It is of vital significance to attach importance to and strengthen the construction of university culture. This research starts with the connotation, structure and function of university culture, analyzes and summarizes the present situation and existing problems of local university culture construction in China during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, and clarifies the importance of university culture construction. Then it analyzes the environment that local colleges and universities are faced with in the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, and according to the "13th Five-Year Plan" formulated by local colleges and universities, clarifies their thinking, investigates the cultural construction of some local colleges and universities, and applies cultural science. Pedagogy and other relevant theories, with a view to reshaping the leading force of university spiritual culture, standardizing the guarantee of university system and culture, This paper puts forward some useful opinions and new ideas on the construction of local university culture in the 13th Five-Year Plan period from the four aspects of ramming the material and cultural foundation of the university and promoting the connotation of the university behavior culture.
