【摘要】：教學(xué)是大學(xué)之本,也是大學(xué)教師的最為重要的職責(zé)。然而,隨著大學(xué)職能的不斷拓展,科學(xué)研究在大學(xué)中的地位愈發(fā)重要。于是,大學(xué)教師作為研究者的價(jià)值也隨之突出,大學(xué)教師的角色和職責(zé)發(fā)生漂移。為此,我們有必要重新審視大學(xué)教師的職責(zé)。事實(shí)上,學(xué)界早已提出的教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)理念已在理論上為教師的教學(xué)研究相關(guān)工作給予了清晰的描述和闡釋。但是,這一理念是否被廣大教師們所認(rèn)同?又能否順利地落實(shí)到大學(xué)的實(shí)踐之中?盡管已有部分學(xué)者針對(duì)當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)大學(xué)教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)現(xiàn)狀展開(kāi)了實(shí)證調(diào)查,但是得出的結(jié)論大相徑庭且難以獲知教師及其他利益相關(guān)者對(duì)于教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)理念的認(rèn)知。正是基于上述問(wèn)題,本論文將研究目標(biāo)定位于大學(xué)教師教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展困境與成因的討論與分析。在已有研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,通過(guò)訪談的形式分別就“教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)是什么”、“為何從事教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)”、“教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)有什么用”、“如何保障教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)的開(kāi)展”這四個(gè)有機(jī)關(guān)聯(lián)的問(wèn)題展開(kāi)討論并進(jìn)行邏輯分析,試圖對(duì)實(shí)證研究的結(jié)論做出驗(yàn)證、補(bǔ)充與修正。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),并非所有的大學(xué)教師都認(rèn)同教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)的理念、部分教師并不愿意從事教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)、教師較少開(kāi)展教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)且難以取得并傳播優(yōu)質(zhì)的學(xué)術(shù)成果。究其原因,就在于教師對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)與教學(xué)存在認(rèn)識(shí)上的分歧、對(duì)教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)成果認(rèn)知狹隘并缺少開(kāi)展教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)的內(nèi)部動(dòng)機(jī)與外部保障。最終,結(jié)合上述研究發(fā)現(xiàn)及當(dāng)前大學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,從教師專業(yè)發(fā)展層面、教師評(píng)價(jià)制度層面及教學(xué)管理層面提出適用于我國(guó)大學(xué)教師發(fā)展教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)的具體路徑。
[Abstract]:Teaching is the foundation of university and the most important duty of university teachers. However, with the continuous expansion of university functions, scientific research has become more and more important in universities. As a result, the value of university teachers as researchers also stands out, and the roles and responsibilities of university teachers drift. To this end, we need to re-examine the role of university teachers. As a matter of fact, the academic concepts that have been put forward by academic circles have been clearly described and explained in theory for teachers' teaching research. However, is this concept accepted by the majority of teachers? Can it be successfully implemented in the practice of universities? Although some scholars have carried out empirical investigation on the current academic situation of university teaching in China, the conclusions are quite different and it is difficult to know the cognition of teachers and other stakeholders on the academic concept of teaching. Based on the above problems, this thesis aims at the discussion and analysis of the difficulties and causes of the academic development of college teachers' teaching. On the basis of the existing research, through the form of interviews, respectively, "what is teaching learning", "why is teaching academic", "what is the use of teaching learning", "how to ensure the development of teaching and learning" is discussed and logic analysis is carried out to verify, supplement and revise the conclusions of empirical research. It is found that not all university teachers agree with the concept of teaching and learning, and some teachers are unwilling to engage in teaching and learning, teachers seldom develop teaching academic and it is difficult to obtain and disseminate high quality academic achievements. The reason lies in the teachers' different understanding of learning and teaching, the narrow understanding of teaching academic achievements and the lack of internal motivation and external guarantee to carry out teaching and learning. Finally, combined with the above findings and the current situation of university, the author puts forward the specific path of teaching development of university teachers in China from the aspects of teacher professional development, teacher evaluation system and teaching management.
