【摘要】：我國聲樂領(lǐng)域出現(xiàn)"千人一面,千人同聲"的現(xiàn)象由來已久,這與多數(shù)高校聲樂學(xué)科培養(yǎng)方向雷同、學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)技能單一直接相關(guān)。隨著社會各行業(yè)對復(fù)合型聲樂人才的需求日益普遍,我國聲樂藝術(shù)教育從精英教育向大眾教育的轉(zhuǎn)型勢在必行。在高校建立培養(yǎng)復(fù)合型聲樂表演人才工作坊,是聲樂藝術(shù)教育調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)型、滿足人才需求的有效方式。實(shí)踐證明,在高校建立培養(yǎng)復(fù)合型聲樂表演人才工作坊,可將各學(xué)�，F(xiàn)有的資源進(jìn)行有效整合,并生成出新的教學(xué)模式和手段,創(chuàng)造出新的聲樂表演人才培養(yǎng)模式;亦可幫助各高校充分挖掘教學(xué)潛力,凸顯學(xué)科特色,從而發(fā)揮我國各層級院校的體系優(yōu)勢,使此類工作坊的聲樂教學(xué)模式在我國聲樂多元化建設(shè)的進(jìn)程中發(fā)揮持久的推動作用。
[Abstract]:In the field of vocal music in China, the phenomenon of "one thousand people one side, one thousand people together" has a long history, which is closely related to the training direction of the vocal music discipline in most colleges and universities, and the students' learning skills are single and direct. With the increasing demand for compound vocal music talents in various sectors of society, the transformation of vocal music art education from elite education to mass education is imperative. It is an effective way to adjust and transform vocal music art education to meet the demand of talents. Practice has proved that the establishment of a compound vocal performance talent workshop in colleges and universities can effectively integrate the existing resources of each school, and create a new teaching model and means to create a new vocal performance talent training model; It can also help colleges and universities to fully tap the teaching potential, highlight the characteristics of the subject, so as to bring into play the system advantages of various levels of colleges and universities in our country, and make the vocal music teaching mode of this kind of workshop play a lasting role in the process of the construction of vocal music diversity in our country.
