美國(guó)高!稗k公室時(shí)間”的制度演進(jìn)與借鑒

【摘要】:作為加強(qiáng)師生互動(dòng)的重要形式,美國(guó)高校普遍采用辦公室時(shí)間。實(shí)踐中,學(xué)生參與比例偏低,教師也經(jīng)常缺席辦公室時(shí)間,辦公室時(shí)間的運(yùn)行并不理想。伴隨互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的成熟,虛擬辦公室時(shí)間出現(xiàn),但因與學(xué)生追求自由的行為模式?jīng)_突,亦未有效展開(kāi)。我國(guó)應(yīng)結(jié)合既有制度,合理吸收借鑒美國(guó)高校的辦公室時(shí)間,形成我國(guó)的自成體系、功能協(xié)調(diào)的師生互動(dòng)體系。
[Abstract]:As an important form of strengthening teacher-student interaction, American colleges and universities generally use office time. In practice, the proportion of student participation is low, teachers often absent office time, office time is not ideal. With the maturity of Internet technology, virtual office time appears, but because of the conflict with students' behavior mode of pursuing freedom, it has not been carried out effectively. Our country should combine the existing system, reasonably absorb and draw lessons from the office time of American colleges and universities, and form our own system of teacher-student interaction with coordinated function.
