本科生教學(xué)視角下綜合性大學(xué)“綜合性”內(nèi)涵研究

【摘要】:綜合性大學(xué)的學(xué)科門類相對齊全,為培養(yǎng)復(fù)合型乃至創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才提供了得天獨厚的條件。然而,機構(gòu)壁壘導(dǎo)致"綜而不融、融而不合、合而不強",從某種程度上制約著人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量、科學(xué)研究的水平、社會服務(wù)的能力、文化傳承與創(chuàng)新的效率。挖掘"綜合性"內(nèi)涵,釋放"綜合性"潛力成為中國高校尤其綜合性大學(xué)的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。本文以本科教學(xué)為背景,提出"融合度"和"綜合因子"概念,對綜合性大學(xué)的"綜合性"內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行定量研究。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive university has a relatively complete range of disciplines, which provides unique conditions for the cultivation of complex and even innovative talents. However, institutional barriers lead to "comprehensive but not melt, melt but not, combined but not strong", which restricts to some extent the quality of talent training, the level of scientific research, the ability of social service, the efficiency of cultural inheritance and innovation. It is urgent for Chinese universities, especially comprehensive universities, to excavate the connotation of "comprehensiveness" and release the potential of "comprehensiveness". Taking undergraduate teaching as the background, this paper puts forward the concepts of "integration degree" and "comprehensive factor", and makes a quantitative study on the connotation of "comprehensiveness" in comprehensive universities.
