當(dāng)代大學(xué)生公共關(guān)懷培育研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),我國(guó)正處在轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,經(jīng)濟(jì)和科技飛速發(fā)展。但是,人們的道德水平并沒(méi)有伴隨經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展而同步上升,尤其是人與人之間的關(guān)懷,甚至不容樂(lè)觀。大學(xué)生的價(jià)值取向在很大程度上決定了未來(lái)社會(huì)的價(jià)值取向,培育大學(xué)生公共關(guān)懷有益于大學(xué)生個(gè)人價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn),更有益于其社會(huì)價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn)。讓大學(xué)生腦中的公共關(guān)懷意識(shí)激發(fā)其手中的公共關(guān)懷行為,再讓大學(xué)生行動(dòng)中的公共關(guān)懷實(shí)踐鞏固其心中的公共關(guān)懷理念,鼓勵(lì)大學(xué)生真正做到公共關(guān)懷生于心,止于行。本研究由五個(gè)部分組成,開(kāi)篇圍繞導(dǎo)論的內(nèi)容展開(kāi),在分析公共關(guān)懷發(fā)展脈絡(luò)的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外前人研究的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及不足,探討本研究的價(jià)值和意義。第二部分由大學(xué)生公共關(guān)懷的概述構(gòu)成,在界定"關(guān)懷"、"公共關(guān)懷"以及"大學(xué)生公共關(guān)懷"的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步與相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行辨析。公共關(guān)懷理論有其深遠(yuǎn)的理論基礎(chǔ),國(guó)內(nèi)主要從儒、墨、道、佛等傳統(tǒng)理論淵源著手分析,國(guó)外主要從古希臘進(jìn)行理論淵源分析。最后通過(guò)人格素養(yǎng)、幸福指數(shù)以及和諧社會(huì)等三個(gè)方面論述了培育大學(xué)生公共關(guān)懷的意義和價(jià)值。第三部分論述了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生公共關(guān)懷培育的內(nèi)容。在分析公共關(guān)懷對(duì)象的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)道德教育的內(nèi)在要求,結(jié)合公共關(guān)懷的特性,對(duì)構(gòu)成公共關(guān)懷的四大要素進(jìn)行分析。第四部分運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)和紙質(zhì)相結(jié)合的方式,對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生公共關(guān)懷培育情況進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)比對(duì),剖析大學(xué)生公共關(guān)懷缺失的現(xiàn)狀和原因,以及高校思想政治教育應(yīng)承擔(dān)的責(zé)任。第五部分是本文的核心,針對(duì)第四部分存在的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合培育公共關(guān)懷的四大載體,提出公共關(guān)懷培育的路徑。首先是加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生自身教育,實(shí)現(xiàn)兩個(gè)角色轉(zhuǎn)變;其次是融入高校培育的全過(guò)程;再次是分析家庭和社會(huì)兩大載體;最后是這一部分的重點(diǎn),大學(xué)生公共關(guān)懷的培育除了意識(shí)的形成,更重要的是落腳于真真切切的行動(dòng),這是培育的出發(fā)點(diǎn),也是歸宿。本文主要從積極推動(dòng)高校組織與大學(xué)生自發(fā)的多樣式社會(huì)實(shí)踐,鼓勵(lì)大學(xué)生將公共關(guān)懷的優(yōu)秀品質(zhì)落實(shí)到行動(dòng)中,發(fā)揮其強(qiáng)有力的能量,感染自己,感動(dòng)社會(huì)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, our country is in the transition period, the economy and the science and technology rapid development. However, the moral level of people does not rise with the rapid development of economy, especially the concern between people. To a great extent, the value orientation of college students determines the value orientation of the future society. Cultivating college students' public care is beneficial to the realization of college students' individual value and to the realization of their social value. Let the consciousness of public care in the mind of college students arouse the behavior of public care in their hands, and then let the practice of public care in the action of college students consolidate the concept of public care in their hearts, encourage college students to truly achieve public care born in the heart, stop in action. This study is composed of five parts, the beginning of the study around the content of the introduction, on the basis of the analysis of the development of public care, summarizes the experience and shortcomings of previous studies at home and abroad, and discusses the value and significance of this study. The second part is composed of an overview of college students' public care, and on the basis of defining "concern", "public concern" and "college students' public concern", the author further discriminates with relevant concepts. The theory of public care has its profound theoretical basis, mainly from the Confucian, Mohist, Taoist, Buddhist and other traditional theoretical origin analysis, foreign mainly from ancient Greece to analyze the theoretical origin. Finally, it discusses the significance and value of cultivating college students' public concern through personality accomplishment, happiness index and harmonious society. The third part discusses the content of contemporary college students'public care. On the basis of analyzing the object of public care, according to the inherent requirements of moral education and combining the characteristics of public care, this paper analyzes the four elements of public care. The fourth part uses the network and the paper way, carries on the questionnaire survey to the contemporary university student public care cultivation situation. Through data comparison, this paper analyzes the present situation and causes of the lack of public concern for college students, and the responsibility of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The fifth part is the core of this paper, aiming at the problems of the fourth part, combined with the four carriers of cultivating public care, it puts forward the path of public care cultivation. The first is to strengthen the college students' own education, to realize the transformation of the two roles; the second is to integrate into the whole process of higher education; thirdly, to analyze the two major carriers of family and society; and finally, to focus on this part. In addition to the formation of consciousness, the cultivation of college students' public concern is more important, which is the starting point and the destination of the cultivation. This article mainly from the active promotion university organization and the university student spontaneous multi-style social practice, encourages the university student to carry out the outstanding quality of the public care into the action, exerts its powerful energy, infects oneself, moves the society.
