【摘要】：文章描述了在教育大數(shù)據(jù)的應(yīng)用背景下師范生數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)教育的新要求,通過分析當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外師范生數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)教育的現(xiàn)狀,指出數(shù)據(jù)意識、數(shù)據(jù)采集能力、數(shù)據(jù)分析能力、數(shù)據(jù)呈現(xiàn)能力、數(shù)據(jù)決策能力和數(shù)據(jù)倫理道德是構(gòu)成教師數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)的關(guān)鍵因素。通過制定教學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、組建教學(xué)團(tuán)隊、革新教學(xué)內(nèi)容、創(chuàng)設(shè)教學(xué)環(huán)境和教學(xué)實踐反饋等措施構(gòu)建師范生數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)教育模式。最后指出,師范生數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)是一個系統(tǒng)工程,是一個綜合性較強的新興教育研究課題,應(yīng)當(dāng)引起教育管理部門、學(xué)校及教師(師范生)等方面的足夠重視,長期、持續(xù)地開展研究和實踐,從而有效提升教師的數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:This paper describes the new requirements of data literacy education for normal college students under the background of the application of educational big data. By analyzing the current situation of data literacy education at home and abroad, this paper points out the data consciousness, data acquisition ability and data analysis ability. Data presentation ability, data decision ability and data ethics are the key factors of teachers' data literacy. Through the establishment of teaching standards, the establishment of teaching teams, the innovation of teaching content, the creation of teaching environment and teaching practice feedback and other measures to build a normal school students data literacy education model. Finally, it is pointed out that the training of data literacy of normal school students is a systematic project and a new educational research subject with strong comprehensiveness. It should be paid enough attention to by educational management departments, schools and teachers (teachers' students) for a long time. Continue to carry out research and practice to effectively improve teachers' data literacy.
