大學(xué)生廉潔意識教育研究

【摘要】：該文基于高校思想政治教育的視角,通過理論研究與科學(xué)的實(shí)證分析,深入探討了大學(xué)生廉潔意識教育的相關(guān)理論及現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,并提出了具有針對性的改進(jìn)建議。在理論研究部分,該文首先界定了廉潔意識教育的內(nèi)涵是教育者遵循一定的教育規(guī)律,按照歷史文化傳統(tǒng)和時(shí)代發(fā)展要求,使社會的廉潔要求轉(zhuǎn)化為大學(xué)生的廉潔自律需要,升華為自身道德品質(zhì)和能力素質(zhì)的教育活動;區(qū)分了廉潔意識教育與其他相近概念的區(qū)別,其內(nèi)涵較之“廉潔修身”而言不再局限于個(gè)體品性修養(yǎng),研究視角較之“廉潔教育”而言更聚焦、側(cè)重于精神意識,在推動廉潔社會發(fā)展方面的作用發(fā)揮較之“廉潔文化”而言有所差異;辨析了廉潔意識教育與思想政治教育的特殊關(guān)系,二者不僅存在著目標(biāo)同構(gòu)、向度同一的關(guān)系,在教育實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑、教育內(nèi)容、教育實(shí)現(xiàn)手段、教育對象、教育目的等方面,二者還存在著復(fù)雜的耦合關(guān)系。該文梳理了廉潔意識教育的理論資源和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),為大學(xué)生廉潔意識教育挖掘出了豐富多樣的寶貴素材。馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家的廉潔思想是當(dāng)代中國廉潔意識教育的思想指南,其具體化為中國共產(chǎn)黨廉潔教育的實(shí)踐活動,為新時(shí)代廉潔意識教育提供了理論支撐和實(shí)踐啟示。中國優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化中的廉潔意識教育資源同樣十分豐富,中國古代所推行廉潔教育的重要舉措仍有益于廉潔社會建設(shè),為純潔大學(xué)生的個(gè)人修養(yǎng)和廉潔意識教育提供了精神滋養(yǎng)和實(shí)踐典范。西方政治思想家關(guān)于廉潔意識教育的核心觀點(diǎn),以及西方國家在實(shí)踐廉潔教育的過程中逐漸積累的有益探索,也是當(dāng)前開展大學(xué)生廉潔意識教育值得借鑒的理論資源和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在實(shí)證分析部分,該文通過問卷調(diào)查的方式,診斷了當(dāng)前大學(xué)生群體的廉潔認(rèn)知狀況、意識與態(tài)度、立場與行為選擇等,掌握了目前高校大學(xué)生廉潔意識教育的開展情況、學(xué)生滿意度、不同教育路徑的效果差異等。通過多元化的實(shí)證分析方法,從自然因素、家庭背景和教育環(huán)境視角對大學(xué)生廉潔意識教育的問題及其可能原因進(jìn)行了分析,并著重論證了高校思想政治教育工作開展對大學(xué)生廉潔意識教育所產(chǎn)生的積極、正向影響。通過模型建構(gòu)的方法,構(gòu)建了大學(xué)生廉潔意識教育路徑實(shí)施的結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,呈現(xiàn)了“教育路徑-意識與認(rèn)知-態(tài)度與行為”三者之間的相互作用關(guān)系。該文介紹了大學(xué)生廉潔意識教育的架構(gòu),對教育的目標(biāo)體系、基本原則、主要特征、結(jié)構(gòu)體系等進(jìn)行了深入分析。廉潔意識教育的總目標(biāo)是引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生做到為人民服務(wù)、廉潔自律、愛國敬業(yè),不斷增強(qiáng)拒腐防變的良好心理品質(zhì),具體而言是要實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生廉潔意識的知、情、意、行的和諧統(tǒng)一。大學(xué)生廉潔意識教育要遵循理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合、示范與警示相結(jié)合、教育與養(yǎng)成相結(jié)合、繼承與創(chuàng)新相結(jié)合的基本原則,正確把握教育性質(zhì)的前瞻性、教育對象的針對性、教育內(nèi)容的系統(tǒng)性、教育方式的滲透性、教育效果評價(jià)的延時(shí)性等主要特征。大學(xué)生廉潔意識教育的結(jié)構(gòu)體系主要包括:高校教學(xué)工作者、高校輔導(dǎo)員、高校管理者等施教主體,由各級各類大學(xué)生構(gòu)成的教育客體,課堂教學(xué)平臺、校園文化平臺、網(wǎng)絡(luò)交流平臺等教育介體,以及家庭環(huán)境、社會環(huán)境等教育環(huán)體。在理論與實(shí)證研究的基礎(chǔ)上,該文為改善大學(xué)生廉潔意識教育提出合理化的實(shí)施路徑。鑒于廉潔意識教育與思想政治教育的同構(gòu)、耦合關(guān)系,該文提出將廉潔意識教育融入思想政治教育全過程,在思想政治理論課、日常思想政治教育和高校教學(xué)管理過程中更好地開展廉潔意識教育。該文還建議多措并舉、持續(xù)完善大學(xué)生廉潔意識教育實(shí)施路徑,整合教育組織力量,發(fā)揮高校組織的主導(dǎo)作用、家庭組織的基礎(chǔ)作用、社會組織的熏陶作用;完善教育內(nèi)容體系,強(qiáng)化馬克思主義理論、理想信念、思想品德、廉潔法規(guī)、廉潔文化等教育內(nèi)容;豐富活動式教育、情感式教育、以文化人式教育、科技式教育、警示式教育等教育方式方法;優(yōu)化育人的宏觀、中觀、微觀環(huán)境,認(rèn)清國際形勢、構(gòu)建廉潔社會、營造良好作風(fēng);增加組織載體、網(wǎng)絡(luò)載體、文化載體等教育載體運(yùn)用。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, through theoretical research and scientific empirical analysis, this paper explores the relevant theories and practical problems of College Students' integrity awareness education, and puts forward some pertinent suggestions for improvement. In the theoretical research part, this article first defines the connotation of the integrity consciousness education is that the educator follows certain. Through a variety of empirical analysis methods, this paper analyzes the problems and possible causes of College Students' integrity awareness education from the perspective of natural factors, family background and educational environment, and emphatically demonstrates the positive and positive effects of the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities on the integrity of the students. By the method of model construction, the structural equation model for the implementation of the education path of College Students' integrity consciousness is constructed, and the interaction relationship between the three parties is presented. In view of the isomorphism and coupling relationship between the integrity consciousness education and the ideological and political education, this article puts forward the integration of the integrity consciousness education into the whole process of Ideological and political education, which is better open in the course of Ideological and political theory, daily ideological and political education and the process of teaching management in Colleges and universities.
