【摘要】：在全面依法治國背景下,大學生法治觀塑造具有最為基礎性、長遠性、根本性的終端價值,其應成為大學生法治教育工作的根本目標。大學生法治觀塑造,應以社會主義法治觀念為核心基礎,樹立憲法法律至上理念,養(yǎng)成法治思維和運用法治方式解決矛盾與問題的行為習慣。加強和改進大學生法治教育,必須在正確認識法治教育根本屬性、準確把握大學生法治教育終極目的、精準把握大學生法治教育規(guī)律特質、深刻把握法治教育系統(tǒng)性基礎上進行,以此開創(chuàng)大學生法治教育工作的新局面。
[Abstract]:Under the background of ruling the country according to law in an all-round way, the views on the rule of law of college students have the most basic, long-term and fundamental terminal value, which should become the fundamental goal of the education of the rule of law for college students. College students' views on the rule of law should be shaped on the basis of the socialist concept of rule of law, the idea of the supremacy of constitutional law should be established, and the habit of thinking on the rule of law and solving contradictions and problems by means of rule of law should be cultivated. To strengthen and improve the education of the rule of law for college students, we must correctly understand the basic attributes of the education of the rule of law, grasp the ultimate aim of the education of the rule of law for college students, and accurately grasp the characteristics of the rule of law education On the basis of deeply grasping the systematic basis of the education of rule of law, we can open up a new situation of the work of the education of rule of law for college students.
