民辦高校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展影響因素的實(shí)證研究——以上海為例

【摘要】:民辦高校轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)已成為現(xiàn)階段高等教育發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì),而教師水平的高低是影響轉(zhuǎn)型成功與否的關(guān)鍵。當(dāng)前民辦高校師資隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、流失率高等問(wèn)題較為普遍,教師隊(duì)伍專業(yè)發(fā)展整體水平不佳。本文以民辦高校教師的工作態(tài)度為切入點(diǎn),通過(guò)編制教師專業(yè)發(fā)展量表,分析工作滿意度、組織承諾、工作投入度三個(gè)指標(biāo)對(duì)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的影響,針對(duì)性破解民辦高校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展困境,提出營(yíng)造教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境和重視教師專業(yè)發(fā)展內(nèi)因驅(qū)動(dòng)的建議。
[Abstract]:The transformation and upgrading of private colleges and universities has become an inevitable trend of the development of higher education at this stage, and the level of teachers is the key to the success of the transformation. At present, the structure of teachers in private colleges and universities is unreasonable, the wastage rate is high, and the overall level of professional development of teachers is not good. Based on the teachers' working attitude in private colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the impact of the three indicators of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job involvement on teachers' professional development by compiling the teacher professional development scale. Aiming at solving the plight of teachers' professional development in private colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to create the external environment for teachers' professional development and how to attach importance to the internal causes of teachers' professional development.
