【摘要】：加拿大大學(xué)生事務(wù)中心堅(jiān)持"以學(xué)生為本",服務(wù)內(nèi)容主要包括了經(jīng)濟(jì)援助、學(xué)生健康服務(wù)及保險(xiǎn)、個(gè)人咨詢及心理健康、專業(yè)導(dǎo)航及學(xué)業(yè)指導(dǎo)、職業(yè)規(guī)劃和就業(yè)指導(dǎo),筆者認(rèn)為,對(duì)于我國(guó)高校而言,需要學(xué)習(xí)其對(duì)學(xué)生心理健康管理多元化、學(xué)生檔案管理規(guī)范化、朋輩教育人文化、生涯教育體系化,從而開(kāi)辟一條具有國(guó)際視野并有中國(guó)特色的高校學(xué)生管理服務(wù)道路。
[Abstract]:The Canadian College Student Affairs Center insists on "student-oriented" services, which include financial assistance, student health services and insurance, personal counselling and mental health, professional guidance and academic guidance, career planning and employment guidance. The author thinks that for colleges and universities in China, it is necessary to study the diversity of students' mental health management, the standardization of student file management, the peer education of human culture, and the systemization of career education. In order to open up an international perspective and Chinese characteristics of college students management service.
