【摘要】：正高校在課程改革和課程建設實踐中,重課輕程現(xiàn)象確實比較普遍。課程改革和課程建設能否取得實效,關鍵在于教師的認識、理解、參與和作為。要建立課程與教學全環(huán)節(jié)質量標準,課程展開和實施的全過程評價與反饋。課程是高校教育的心臟,是人才培養(yǎng)和教學工作的基本依據(jù),也是影響乃至決定教育教學質量的關鍵要素。在全面提高教育質量已上升為國家戰(zhàn)略、政府意志和社會共識這一大背景下,課程的地位、課程的價值、課程的作用日益凸顯,受到高校前所未
[Abstract]:In the practice of curriculum reform and curriculum construction in colleges and universities, the phenomenon of attaching importance to class and neglecting the course is indeed quite common. Whether curriculum reform and curriculum construction can achieve practical results depends on teachers' understanding, participation and action. It is necessary to establish the quality standard of the whole process of curriculum and teaching, and to evaluate and feedback the whole process of curriculum development and implementation. Curriculum is the heart of college education, the basic basis of talent training and teaching work, and the key factor that affects and even determines the quality of education and teaching. Under the background of improving the quality of education in an all-round way has become a national strategy, government will and social consensus, the status of curriculum, the value of curriculum and the function of curriculum are becoming more and more prominent.
