中國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀及優(yōu)化路徑

【摘要】:本文從中國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀分析入手,指出"重繪畫(huà)、輕文化""精制作、粗創(chuàng)造""偏理論、缺實(shí)踐""高學(xué)歷、低能力"的培養(yǎng)模式,已經(jīng)不能滿(mǎn)足我國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展需求。隨著動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)和新媒體的技術(shù)變遷,高等教育與培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)互補(bǔ)、專(zhuān)業(yè)教育與通識(shí)教育互通、動(dòng)畫(huà)院系與動(dòng)畫(huà)企業(yè)互動(dòng)是當(dāng)下培養(yǎng)具有特色化、市場(chǎng)化、應(yīng)用化、層次化的創(chuàng)新型動(dòng)畫(huà)人才的現(xiàn)實(shí)路徑。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the current situation of Chinese animation talent training, this paper points out that the cultivation mode of "emphasizing painting, neglecting culture", "fine production, rough creation", "partial theory", "lack of practice" high education, low ability ", Already can not satisfy the development demand of our country animation industry. With the transformation and upgrading of animation industry and the technological changes of new media, higher education and training institutions complement each other, professional education and general education intercommunicate, animation departments and animation enterprises interact with each other is the current cultivation with characteristics, marketization, application. The realistic path of hierarchical creative animation talents.
