【摘要】：本文針對地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對電氣信息類專業(yè)畢業(yè)生的需求,深入分析了蘇州科技學院電子與信息工程學院在人才培養(yǎng)過程中存在的問題,通過與中興通訊、Google以及Oracle(中國)等企業(yè)的深度合作,從師資隊伍建設、知識傳遞平臺建設、人才培養(yǎng)方案以及校內(nèi)外實踐基地和教學管理改革等方面,提出了"產(chǎn)教融合、協(xié)同育人"的專業(yè)建設方案。該校信息類專業(yè)的實踐表明,本方案具有較好的應用價值和推廣價值。
[Abstract]:In view of the demand of local economic development for graduates majoring in electrical and information engineering, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of talent training in Suzhou Institute of Science and Technology in Electronics and Information Engineering. Through the deep cooperation with ZTE, Google and Oracle (China), this paper puts forward the integration of industry and education from the aspects of the construction of teaching staff, the construction of knowledge transfer platform, the training plan of talents, the practice base and the reform of teaching management inside and outside the school. The professional construction plan of the cooperation educates the person "." The practice of information specialty in this school shows that this scheme has good application value and popularizing value.
