【摘要】:在回應(yīng)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)工作的特質(zhì),社會(huì)工作教育與研究顯得蒼白無(wú)力。只有反思當(dāng)前中國(guó)社會(huì)工作脫離現(xiàn)實(shí)的“教育先行”話語(yǔ),從“涼爽高地”跳入實(shí)踐的“低洼沼澤地”俯身與社會(huì)工作實(shí)務(wù)者攜手共進(jìn);在伙伴關(guān)系相互融入或者鑲嵌基礎(chǔ)上,以發(fā)展性社會(huì)工作理論與實(shí)踐為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)行動(dòng)研究以及服務(wù)—學(xué)習(xí)所要求的反身性和行動(dòng)性進(jìn)行高度協(xié)同;以后現(xiàn)代主義對(duì)不確定和多元包容的知識(shí)重新建構(gòu)社會(huì)工作教育。云南大學(xué)社會(huì)工作研究所協(xié)同云南連心社區(qū)照顧服務(wù)中心建立“大連心”團(tuán)隊(duì),以立足西部十余年的社會(huì)工作實(shí)踐教育為基礎(chǔ),發(fā)展出一套以社會(huì)創(chuàng)新、融合和整合為核心概念的發(fā)展性社會(huì)工作教育與實(shí)踐模式。該模式認(rèn)為社會(huì)工作教育必須將傳統(tǒng)的研究、教育與社會(huì)服
