【摘要】：目的對應(yīng)用個性化帶教模式對在外科進行實習(xí)的護生實施帶教的效果進行研究。方法選擇2015年7月~2016年7月在我院外科進行實習(xí)的護生88名作為研究對象,隨機將其分為對照組和研究組,各44例。采用常規(guī)帶教模式對對照組研究對象進行實習(xí)帶教;采用個性化帶教模式對研究組研究對象進行實習(xí)帶教。對比兩組研究對象在帶教干預(yù)前后的理論考核和操作技能考核分?jǐn)?shù)的改善幅度、對外科實習(xí)帶教過程中帶教模式的滿意度、工作中差錯性事件的發(fā)生例數(shù)。結(jié)果研究組研究對象在帶教干預(yù)前后的理論考核和操作技能考核分?jǐn)?shù)的改善幅度明顯大于對照組;對外科實習(xí)帶教過程中帶教模式的滿意度明顯高于對照組;工作中差錯性事件的發(fā)生例數(shù)明顯少于對照組。結(jié)論應(yīng)用個性化帶教模式對在外科進行實習(xí)的護生實施帶教的效果非常明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of individualized teaching mode on nursing students in surgery. Methods 88 nursing students in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into control group (n = 44) and study group (n = 44). The normal teaching model was used to teach the subjects in the control group, and the individualized teaching mode was used to teach the study group. The degree of improvement of the scores of theory and operation skills before and after teaching intervention was compared between the two groups, the satisfaction of the teaching mode in the teaching process of surgical practice and the number of cases of error-related events in the work were compared. Results in the study group, the improvement range of the scores of theory and operation skills before and after teaching intervention was significantly greater than that of the control group, and the satisfaction degree of the teaching mode in the process of surgical practice teaching was significantly higher than that of the control group. The incidence of error-related events in the work was significantly less than that in the control group. Conclusion the application of individualized teaching mode is very effective for nursing students in surgery practice.
