【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下大學(xué)生主體價值觀念中個體意識與集體意識之間價值取向的不同構(gòu)成了一種張力。在自由、開放和匿名的網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間中,大學(xué)生主體傾向于以最低的成本投入,獲取最大的利益回報,這阻礙了其形成穩(wěn)定的網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德行為。對此,應(yīng)從國家制度法律、建立健全網(wǎng)絡(luò)德行成本的利益保障機制、公益性社會團(tuán)體的獎勵性保障、受益人的及時回救與經(jīng)濟保障、網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會中諸主體的協(xié)同合作機制建設(shè)等方面健全網(wǎng)絡(luò)德行成本的補償激勵機制。
[Abstract]:The difference of value orientation between individual consciousness and collective consciousness in the main value concept of college students under the network environment constitutes a kind of tension. In the free, open and anonymous cyberspace, the college students tend to invest with the lowest cost and obtain the maximum profit return, which hinders the formation of a stable network moral behavior. In view of this, we should establish and perfect the benefit safeguard mechanism of the network moral cost, the incentive protection of the public welfare social organization, the timely rescue of the beneficiary and the economic guarantee from the national system and law. Improve the compensation and incentive mechanism of network moral cost in the aspects of the construction of cooperative mechanism of all subjects in the network society.
