【摘要】：一流大學必有一流的本科教學。一流大學本科教學具有精英性、基礎(chǔ)性、綜合性和創(chuàng)新性等性質(zhì),表現(xiàn)出造就一流人才、高選擇性招生、一流的教學、一流的學習能力、一流的人才培養(yǎng)方案、一流的人才培養(yǎng)模式、一流的課程教學、一流的教學設(shè)施條件、一流的教學質(zhì)量保障和一流的教學文化等特征。我國建設(shè)世界一流大學必須堅持整體觀,應當在現(xiàn)有的本科教學體系中植入一流的基因和元素,樹立全面的英才教學理念,制定并實施英才教學體系建設(shè)規(guī)劃和行動計劃,完善英才教學治理體系,以及培育全面的英才教學文化。
[Abstract]:First-class universities must have first-rate undergraduate teaching.The undergraduate teaching of first-rate universities has the characteristics of elite, basic, comprehensive and innovative. It shows that it brings up first-class talents, highly selective enrollment, first-class teaching, first-class learning ability, first-class talent training program, etc.The first-class talent training mode, the first-class course teaching, the first-class teaching facilities condition, the first-class teaching quality guarantee and the first-class teaching culture and so on characteristic.To build a world-class university in China, we must adhere to the holistic view, implant first-class genes and elements into the existing undergraduate teaching system, set up a comprehensive concept of teaching excellence, and formulate and implement a plan and action plan for the construction of a teaching system for talented people.Improve the system of teaching management of talents, and cultivate a comprehensive culture of teaching excellence.
