【摘要】：習(xí)近平青年觀是對我黨青年思想的繼承、弘揚(yáng)及創(chuàng)新,是新時期指引我國青年教育和人才培養(yǎng)工作的重要理論基礎(chǔ)。高等院校是我國社會主義建設(shè)人才培養(yǎng)的重要陣地,用馬克思主義理論教育和引導(dǎo)新時期高校青年、培養(yǎng)堅(jiān)定的青年馬克思主義者是新的歷史時期培養(yǎng)合格的社會主義偉大事業(yè)建設(shè)者和可靠接班人的重要舉措。目前我國很多高校正在開展聲勢浩大的青年馬克思主義者培養(yǎng)工作,取得了較好成績,但仍然存在一些問題導(dǎo)致效果不盡如人意,不能滿足社會主義建設(shè)實(shí)踐對青年馬克思主義者人才的迫切需求�；诖�,本文以習(xí)近平青年觀為理論基礎(chǔ),立足我國高校青年馬克思主義者培養(yǎng)實(shí)踐,對其現(xiàn)有模式體系和存在的問題進(jìn)行探討,進(jìn)一步提出有針對性的優(yōu)化對策,以此為我國高校青年馬克思主義者培養(yǎng)實(shí)踐提供一條更為高效和切實(shí)可行的路徑。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping's view on youth is the inheritance, promotion and innovation of our Party's youth thought, and is the important theoretical basis of guiding our country's youth education and talent training work in the new period.Colleges and universities are an important position for the cultivation of talents in the socialist construction of our country. Using Marxist theory to educate and guide the youth of colleges and universities in the new period,Cultivating firm young Marxists is an important measure to train qualified constructors and reliable successors of the great cause of socialism in the new historical period.At present, many colleges and universities in our country are carrying out the work of training young Marxists with great momentum and have made good achievements, but there are still some problems which lead to unsatisfactory results.It can not meet the urgent need of young Marxist talents in socialist construction practice.Based on the theory of Xi Jinping's view of youth, based on the practice of cultivating young Marxists in colleges and universities in China, this paper probes into its existing model system and existing problems, and puts forward further targeted optimization countermeasures.It provides a more efficient and feasible way for the cultivation of young Marxists in colleges and universities in our country.
