【摘要】：學生事務法治化運行,是學生事務依法治理目標實現(xiàn)的動態(tài)過程。學生事務法治化要以再造學生事務權(quán)力-權(quán)利結(jié)構(gòu)為基礎(chǔ),以依法開展學生事務為核心,以健全學生事務監(jiān)督機制為重點,以完善學生事務救濟機制為保障。經(jīng)由這一過程,學生事務普遍的、靜態(tài)的規(guī)則制度體系,轉(zhuǎn)化成了具體的、動態(tài)的現(xiàn)實學生事務關(guān)系,從而實現(xiàn)法治化模式對學生事務的全面調(diào)控。
[Abstract]:The operation of student affairs by law is the dynamic process of realizing the goal of governing student affairs according to law. The legalization of student affairs should be based on reconstructing the structure of power and right of student affairs, and taking the development of student affairs according to law as the core. Through this process, the general and static system of rules and systems for student affairs has been transformed into a concrete, dynamic and realistic relationship between student affairs and students' affairs, with the emphasis on improving the supervision mechanism of student affairs and the improvement of the relief mechanism of student affairs. In order to achieve the rule of law mode of comprehensive regulation of student affairs.
