【摘要】：大學生是推進大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新的生力軍。高質(zhì)量開展大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,是高校培養(yǎng)大學生創(chuàng)新精神和實踐能力的重大舉措,也關(guān)系到國家發(fā)展和社會穩(wěn)定的大局。從知識管理的視角來看,當前大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中仍然存在教師對隱性知識的教育不夠、學生對基于隱性知識的創(chuàng)業(yè)能力獲取不足、隱性知識的生成轉(zhuǎn)化不暢等問題,嚴重制約了大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的發(fā)展。根據(jù)隱性知識和顯性知識相互轉(zhuǎn)化的知識轉(zhuǎn)移規(guī)律,可以通過強化師徒傳授、引入案例教學、加強社會參與、突出文化育人等方面形成知識的互動循環(huán),有效提高大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的質(zhì)量和效果。
[Abstract]:College students are the new force to promote mass entrepreneurship and innovation. It is an important measure for colleges and universities to cultivate the innovative spirit and practical ability of college students to carry out entrepreneurship education for college students with high quality. It is also related to the overall situation of national development and social stability. From the perspective of knowledge management, there are still insufficient teachers' education on tacit knowledge and insufficient acquisition of students' entrepreneurial ability based on tacit knowledge in college students' entrepreneurship education. The formation and transformation of tacit knowledge have seriously restricted the development of entrepreneurship education for college students. According to the law of knowledge transfer between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, we can introduce case teaching by strengthening the teaching of teachers and disciples. Strengthen social participation, highlight cultural education and other aspects to form an interactive cycle of knowledge, effectively improve the quality and effect of entrepreneurship education for college students.
