【摘要】：基于24所擁有教育學(xué)博士學(xué)位授予權(quán)的"211工程"高校的文本分析發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)前僅有12所院系試行申請(qǐng)審核制招生,而且存在諸多困境:其一,將畢業(yè)院校作為申請(qǐng)條件涉嫌剝奪考生的平等升學(xué)機(jī)會(huì);其二,完全舍棄筆試考核不利于全面鑒別考生的學(xué)術(shù)水平;其三,申請(qǐng)審核的流程不詳留給招生行為巨大的恣意空間;其四,缺乏監(jiān)督的招生權(quán)力勢(shì)必?fù)p及博士選才的公平公正。為此,應(yīng)取消畢業(yè)院校的申請(qǐng)限制,細(xì)化申請(qǐng)審核的考核流程,強(qiáng)化招生行為的制度監(jiān)督。
[Abstract]:Based on the text analysis of the 211 Project, which has the right to award doctoral degrees in education, it is found that there are only 12 colleges and departments trying to apply for the examination system of enrollment, and there are many difficulties: first, Taking graduate colleges as a condition of application is suspected of depriving candidates of equal opportunities for further studies; second, completely abandoning written examination is not conducive to the overall identification of the academic level of candidates; third, the process of application for examination and verification is not clear and leaves huge arbitrary space for recruiting students; Fourth, the lack of supervision of the power to recruit students is bound to damage the fairness and fairness of doctoral candidates. Therefore, we should cancel the application restrictions of graduate colleges, refine the examination process of application examination, and strengthen the system supervision of enrollment behavior.
