【摘要】：高校輔導(dǎo)員作為高校德育工作的主體,是大學(xué)生思想政治教育提質(zhì)增效的骨干力量,是思想政治教育工作隊(duì)伍的重要組成部分。推動(dòng)高校輔導(dǎo)員專家化進(jìn)程,是大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作改進(jìn)的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要,也是高校輔導(dǎo)員可持續(xù)發(fā)展的邏輯使然。高校輔導(dǎo)員專家化建設(shè)是提高大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效性的節(jié)點(diǎn),加強(qiáng)對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員專家化探索,不僅是高校輔導(dǎo)員個(gè)體和隊(duì)伍發(fā)展的重要依托,也是實(shí)現(xiàn)高校人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的重要戰(zhàn)略。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、價(jià)值觀多元化、高等教育大眾化、就業(yè)市場化,大學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)、心理、就業(yè)等方面呈現(xiàn)出前所未有的新情況、新問題,高校思想政治教育工作面臨的任務(wù)更加艱巨、環(huán)境更加復(fù)雜、責(zé)任更加重大。立足新形勢、新挑戰(zhàn)的高位,正視大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)存在的疑惑和癥結(jié),找出解決大學(xué)生實(shí)際生活中遇到的挫折或困難的對(duì)策和方法,迫切要求推進(jìn)高校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化、專業(yè)化、專家化。因而,對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員專家化進(jìn)行較為深入的研究,是高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)和思想政治教育工作的重要任務(wù)。本研究主要運(yùn)用敘事研究方法研究高校輔導(dǎo)員專家化,探討專家型輔導(dǎo)員成長的歷程,通過對(duì)重慶市具有代表性的兩位專家型輔導(dǎo)員進(jìn)行深度訪談,收集他們在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的第一手資料,探討和挖掘高校輔導(dǎo)員專家化背后的影響因子,在此基礎(chǔ)上,著眼于推進(jìn)高校輔導(dǎo)員專家化進(jìn)程,采取有力舉措,為高校輔導(dǎo)員專家化發(fā)展提供社會(huì)支持和高校保障機(jī)制,激發(fā)高校輔導(dǎo)員個(gè)體專家化的內(nèi)生動(dòng)力。本研究主要內(nèi)容分為四部分:第一部分:高校輔導(dǎo)員專家化敘事研究的理論闡釋。主要系統(tǒng)闡釋和解析高校輔導(dǎo)員的含義、素質(zhì)要求和角色定位,高校輔導(dǎo)員專家化的內(nèi)涵、基本要求和階段劃分,敘事研究的定義、特征與實(shí)施等基本理論問題,為論文研究作好理論奠基。第二部分:高校輔導(dǎo)員專家化的敘事�；趦晌粚＜倚洼o導(dǎo)員的訪談素材,呈現(xiàn)高校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化——專業(yè)化——專家化的成長歷程,展現(xiàn)A輔導(dǎo)員:從青年工作者到樂做教授型輔導(dǎo)員的嬗變、B輔導(dǎo)員:從幸運(yùn)做輔導(dǎo)員到專家型輔導(dǎo)員的蛻變。第三部分:高校輔導(dǎo)員專家化的影響因素分析�；趯�(duì)敘事文本的分析,從高校輔導(dǎo)員專家化的內(nèi)生動(dòng)力和外部環(huán)境兩方面入手,以強(qiáng)烈的職業(yè)認(rèn)同、真摯的教育情懷、富有創(chuàng)造性的工作建構(gòu)、洞察現(xiàn)實(shí)問題的意識(shí)等維度分析專家化的內(nèi)生動(dòng)力因素,從社會(huì)、學(xué)校和家庭等維度分析專家化的外部環(huán)境因素,全面考察高校輔導(dǎo)員專家化的影響因素。第四部分:高校輔導(dǎo)員專家化的對(duì)策建議�；跀⑹潞陀绊懸蛩胤治�,提出有針對(duì)性的高校輔導(dǎo)員專家化的建議。主要包括營造良好氛圍完善社會(huì)支持體系、采取切實(shí)措施夯實(shí)高校保障機(jī)制、厚植高校輔導(dǎo)員專家化的內(nèi)生動(dòng)力等三個(gè)方面。
[Abstract]:College counselors, as the main body of moral education in colleges and universities, are the backbone of improving the quality and efficiency of college students' ideological and political education, and an important part of the ideological and political education team. It is the realistic need of the improvement of college students' ideological and political education and the logic of the sustainable development of college counselors. The expert construction of college counselors is the node to improve the effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education. Strengthening the expert exploration of college counselors is not only an important support for the individual and team development of college counselors, but also an important strategy to realize the goal of talent cultivation in colleges and universities. The popularization of higher education, the marketization of employment, the new situation of college students in the fields of study, psychology, employment, etc., new problems, the task of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is more arduous and the environment is more complex. The responsibility is even greater. Based on the new situation and the high position of new challenges, we should face squarely the doubts and problems existing in the ideological and political quality of college students, and find out the countermeasures and methods to solve the setbacks or difficulties encountered by college students in their actual life. It is urgent to promote the professionalization, specialization and expert of college counselors. It is an important task of college counselors' team building and ideological and political education. Through in-depth interviews with two expert counsellors in Chongqing, this paper collects their first-hand information in the ideological and political education of college students, and explores and excavates the influencing factors behind the professionalization of college counselors. With a view to promoting the process of college counselors' specialization, we should take effective measures to provide social support and college security mechanism for the development of college counselors' expertise. The main content of this study is divided into four parts: the first part: the theoretical interpretation of the expert narrative research of college counselors, the main system interpretation and analysis of the meaning of college counselors. Quality requirements and role orientation, the connotation of college counselors' specialization, the basic requirements and stages, the definition, characteristics and implementation of narrative research, and other basic theoretical issues, The second part: the narration of college counselors' expert. Based on the interview material of two expert counselors, it presents the growing process of college counselors' professionalization, specialization and expert. The third part: analysis of influencing factors of expert counsellors in colleges and universities. In the analysis of narrative texts, Starting with the endogenous motivation and external environment of college counselors' expert, with strong professional identity, sincere educational feelings, creative work construction, From the perspective of social, school and family dimensions, we analyze the external environmental factors of the expert, such as the awareness of practical problems, and the endogenous driving factors of expert analysis, such as the awareness of practical problems, and so on. Part 4th: the countermeasures and suggestions of expert college counselors. Based on the analysis of narrative and influencing factors, The paper puts forward some suggestions on the specialization of college counselors, including three aspects: creating a good atmosphere and perfecting the social support system, taking practical measures to consolidate the college security mechanism, and developing the endogenous motive force of college counselors' expert transformation.
