【摘要】：美國(guó)大學(xué)教師地位的變遷是一個(gè)漫長(zhǎng)、漸進(jìn)的過程。與舊學(xué)院時(shí)代相比,現(xiàn)代美國(guó)大學(xué)教師的職業(yè)地位,尤其是參與院校治理的權(quán)力,已經(jīng)有了巨大的改變,可謂是從"雇員"變成了"主人"。這種變遷與美國(guó)社會(huì)的民主思想、社群傳統(tǒng)和法律觀念緊密相聯(lián)。中國(guó)大學(xué)教師地位的改變,需要克服根深蒂固的文化定勢(shì),需要較長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間,但前景必定美好。
[Abstract]:The change in the status of college teachers in the United States is a long and gradual process. Compared with the old college era, the professional status of college teachers in modern America, especially the power to participate in the governance of colleges, has undergone tremendous changes. This change is closely related to democratic ideas, community traditions and legal concepts in American society. The change in the status of university teachers in China needs to overcome deep-rooted cultural stereotypes. It will take a long time, but the prospects are sure to be bright.
