大學治理的價值取向與實踐原則

【摘要】:由于政府部門與大學的邊界不清,大學內部行政與教育學術的關系不順,導致行政力量而非教育學術力量主導著大學發(fā)展,進而引發(fā)大學身份的混亂。因此,大學治理的首要目的在于匡正大學作為教育學術機構的性質,即大學是以高深學問培養(yǎng)高級人才的教育機構,并圍繞這一主旨激發(fā)大學活力,提升包括教學、科研以及育人等能力在內的教育力。大學治理的實踐中,需要遵循教育性原則、正義性原則和契約性原則,在保證大學治理效果的同時,使治理原則本身也具有教育作用,實現(xiàn)大學對社會的改造與引領。
[Abstract]:Because the boundary between government department and university is not clear and the relationship between administration and education academic is not good, the administrative force, not the educational academic force, leads to the development of university, which leads to the confusion of university identity. The primary purpose of university governance is to correct the nature of the university as an educational academic institution, that is, university is an educational institution that trains senior talents with advanced knowledge, and stimulates the vitality of the university around this purpose, including teaching. In the practice of university governance, we should follow the educational principle, the principle of justice and the principle of contract, in order to ensure the effect of university governance at the same time. So that the principle of governance itself also has an educational role, to achieve the transformation and guidance of the university society.
